I am tired so I’m retiring to bed early tonight. 😴 I woke up early this morning and couldn’t sleep. Bit achy too but that’s normal when I’m tired. But interestingly enough I wasn’t tired at work or had headaches – maybe that’s a sign that the doxycycline is working 💊 and Lyme is basically gone.

I rode the exercise bike 🚲 for over an hour this evening , baked brownies 🎂 for the Christmas Party 🎄 tomorrow at work and had fish for dinner. 🐠 Kind of a cold evening plus I got watching the YouTube videos I downloaded 📼 so I decided to stay home 🏡. Today is one of the nights when my neighbor works night shift so it’s perfect for me to ride the bike when he’s not home so I’m not bothering him. Also did some cleaning up in the kitchen as it was getting a little bit dirty.

Maybe tomorrow I should go to the library 📚 and come up with some new content for the blog. But lately I’ve been running 🏃 low on ideas . I could make up more maps but I’m running low on New York lands and it’s kind of a lot of work to set up other states with their unique data on QGIS. It also is getting hard to come up with ideas for new things to graph 📊 after a while.

As an adherent of “the strenuous life” — a believer in “bodily vigor as a method of getting that vigor of soul without which vigor of the body counts for nothing” — Theodore Roosevelt tried to get in two hours of physical activity every afternoon. While serving as president, this exercise typically consisted of tennis matches, horseback riding, rustic cross-country walks, climbs and scrambles in then-wild Rock Creek Park, or even skinny dips in the Potomac River.

Pennsylvania becomes the second state to ratify the United States Constitution, five days after Delaware became the first on this day in 1787.📃 I like the Keystone state a lot, real nice country and people. πŸ™‚ Kind of an expensive state but at least their really laid back about open burning 🔥.
