Delhi is a town in Delaware County, New York located in the hills in the intersection of NY 10 and NY 28. The population was 5,117 at the 2010 census. The town is in the east-central part of the county and contains the village of Delhi. The State University of New York at Delhi is located in the town. It is surrounded by upland farm country, and the hills of the Western Catskills.
