2019 Guilderland Solar Tax Credit

The Town of Guilderland has a law that allows homeowners with solar panels on their properties to get a property tax break. https://ecode360.com/32697230 This map shows the properties that take advantage of the tax break currently. If you switch to the satellite view, you can see the individual properties and solar panels up close, which is rather neat.

Stuyvent Plaza

Stuyvesant Plaza is a shopping plaza and office complex located in the McKnownville, near the south end of the Adirondack Northway. First opened in 1959, it focuses on more boutique retailers compared to it's larger cousin, the Crossgates Mall on the other side of the Northway. The plaza is also home to Executive Towers, which is the location of one of the state's large data centers.

Severe Thunderstorm – Went Through an Out Traffic Light

It was tough driving last night with the heavy rain, lighting storm. I didn't see a traffic light was out until I drove right under it with all the road flares, headlights and flashing lights. I didn't exactly blow through it, but I should have stopped, had I seen what was coming up on this dark night.
