Coronavirus Latest: Testing Is The Key : NPR

Only time itself, however, may tell whether that's so or whether there are more obstacles in store. One of so many reasons the coronavirus disaster has been so disturbing is that it often seems impossible to get a definitive sense at any one time about exactly what is happening.

Are the cases and deaths undercounted — or overcounted? How meaningful are the flurry of statistics bandied about at news conferences like the one convened on Monday? All the back and forth about masks, personal protective equipment, ventilators and now, tests — who can make heads or tails of it?

This way I won’t have to go to the store for a week. Or more likely I’ll end up drinking all the milk in three or four days and it will be a moot point. I can’t imagine it would spoil because I like drinking milk. It’s God’s beverage. Milk is good for you.

April 28, 2020 Morning

Good morning! Happy Tuesday. Second gear of the week. ๐Ÿ”…That grinds my gears. Not really required we should be able to jump to Hump Day, say the camel dairymen of the world. ๐Ÿช But I’m old enough to remember taking the bus to work and lementing Tuesday on the bus. Next Tuesday is Cinco de Mayo ๐Ÿค . Taco Tuesday too. I wonder if we will be able to get Corona beer with the breweries shut down. ๐Ÿป Protest movement! โœŠ Overcast and 42 degrees in Delmar, NY. โ˜ There is a northwest breeze at 6 mph. ๐Ÿƒ. Not a very nice morning so far but it will get nice out later. The skies will clear around 9 am. โ˜€

Hoping to work outside most of the day ๐Ÿ˜Ž and soak up some sun. And then maybe go to the library or Five Rivers so I can upload the remainder of the photos from the weekend and get some fresh air and podcasts. Pay day too but that doesn’t change much as most of the money will be going towards rent. ๐Ÿ’ต I also want to shorten my list ๐Ÿ“ƒ of screened rooms for camping so I can order by next weekend and have for the black fly season of Memorial Day Weekend.
