How can blue light from screens be much worse then bright sources of blue light that we see much brighter in daylight or even mercury-vapor street lights, that lit up cities in the 1950s and 1960s, and still do in many small towns?
While I don't dispute exposure to blue light in the evening can keep people awake, I can't imagine blue light at night is bright enough to do any retina damage compared other natural sources of blue light.
Good morning! Today is the Last Sunset After 8 PM 🌆. Not going to have much sun though tonight to enjoy that final late sunset of the year. Cloudy, dark, muggy and 72 degrees in Delmar. ☔ There is a north breeze at 5 mph. 🍃. The dew point is 66 degrees. Everything kind of feels like a swamp today. Doingsome vacuuming and cleaning this morning, then I’ll head to the store later. Probably end up going to Walmart to shop although I could certainly change my mind and head to Shoprite as usually when I go to Walmart I also have other shopping to do.
