It was a nice afternoon paddling from Stewart Landing to past Doldgeville Point. I think it was over 4 miles each way. Spent some time swimming at Stewart Landing and are shortly returning to Powley Place for dinner. Then I’ll spend some time at the Potholers then have a fire and enjoy the stars.
It looks like some time this spring the open meadows at Powley Place burned. I’m sure by the end of summer it will be green and more fertile then ever before. Pretty dry up here, with the lack of rain and low dew point for summer, so I’ve been pretty careful with fire.
