Campfire

While the pile of wood at the campsite at the East Branch Sacandaga River left over from the hunters last fall is getting smaller and lower grade with more chipboard mixed in, still plenty of stuff to burn and enjoy up in the woods.

Major Oil Storage Facilities

The MOSF program applies to facilities that store a total of 400,000 gallons or more of petroleum in aboveground and underground storage tanks. Facilities must be licensed by DEC and managed in compliance with applicable regulations for the storage and handling of petroleum.

East Branch Sacandaga River

Not a lot of water for spring, though the water levels can fluctuate a lot in. I've seen it overflowing the banks some times, and other times the river is mostly rock with a trickle of water. The main branch and the west branch have much more consistent water flow levels.
