There is some thought that the President Elect wants to ban Green Cars. It turns out green cars are slightly more popular in rural areas then urban areas, though green isn't a popular color for automobiles these days.
You might ask green cars are more popular in rural areas. For one, green used to be a more popular color for cars and cars in general are older in rural areas, but also Subaru is one few modern makes that sells cars with green paint these days.

Mufflers

They should ban mufflers on all cars. They are a kind of suppressor, which reduces the noice cars make. Not being able to hear a car coming puts all pedestrians at risk, especially those with partial blindness. If cars had open pipes, you would be able to hear a car a long distance away, especially when they are accelerating hard, making life in cities much safer.
