St. Lawrence County

St. Lawrence County is a county located in the U.S. state of New York. As of the 2010 census, the population was 111,944.[1] The county seat is Canton.

Saint Lawrence County is home to St. Lawrence University, State University of New York at Potsdam, Clarkson University, the SUNY-ESF Ranger School, and the State University of New York at Canton. Part of the County is in the Adirondack Park and includes much of the Oswegatchie River, Cranberry Lake and Lake Ozonia.

Good evening! Hot and humid night and 77 degrees at the Horseshoe Lake. Light breeze The dew point is 64 degrees.

Kind of muggy when the breeze dies down πŸƒ but truth be told when the wind picks up its quite pleasant. It wasn’t as long of a day as expected but fairly busy. Laptop worked well, kept it charged πŸ”‹ but I had to move the truck a few times to keep it in the sun for solar power. That said this campsite was quite nice and cool and shady. Plus close to the lake for water or cooling down. Had a few rumbles of thunder ⚑ to the east but nothing nearby.
