A couple ride past on a UTV on the narrow shoulder of NY 43 as I head through Averal Park in rural Rensselaer County.

NY 2 winds and winds with it's broken surface up and over the Taconic Crest outside of Petersburgh, passing this neatly panited rural homestead.

Heading through a quiet Petersburgh on a quiet Saturday afternoon during the middle of the Coronavirus panademic.

As you head up the Taconic Trail (NY 2), you pass this run down homestead/farm, which I like because it's so rural and non-prentious. These people are the folkof the land.
