There is a privately owned parcel nearby, which the old woods road goes through, and the horse trail and truck trail turns slightly north on a parallel road to avoid it.

Heading up to the camping area indicated on the Brookfield Trail System Map. In another week or two, I probably could drive up this road.

Supposedly for fighting forest fires. I guess it's better then having no water accessible for fighting forest fires in the area.
