Louise Kerr Wildlife Management Area 📍

While cloudy, it was mild out hiking around at the Louise Kerr Wildlife Management Area until around dusk.

A few years after the controlled burn on Blodgett Hill you can still see the burn marks and the land brought back into balance with fire.

Pitch pines above with scrub oaks below. Reminds one a lot of the Albany Pine Bush.

While the first part of the gated road up Blodgett Hill is steep, the uppis marked by White Pine and maples that were turning color.

Heading up the blue trail on Louise Kerr WMA / Blodgett Hill, you could see spring had starting to spring with the warmer temperatures lately.
