Chazy

I think this oil is naturally occurring from the decomposition of plant material along the shoreline.

In the back is the swamp that between the boat launch and Camp Red Cloud Road.

At the Bouy Floats up and Down in the Water.

Of the Champlain Valley near Chazy.

Not that you can see much in the haze.
