Weather Update – June 11, 2022
Today is the best day of the weekend 🌥
Looking though at a fair amount of clouds mid-day but not the rain they were predicting earlier on. Tomorrow looks wetter though, especially in the afternoon. Looks like the second half of the week will be hot, but then cooling down for weekend. I am thinking of taking Thursday and Friday off of next week, and heading up north through Monday, though that will be 4 or 5 nights, so I’ll have to decide if I want to move to two different campsites or come back earlier. A lot depends on how the weather looks next week and if I can get off that day.

Daily Update – June 11, 2022
Good morning! Happy Saturday. Made it to the weekend. 🏊♀️
Second weekend of June. Today’s forecast looks better then earlier predicted, but with gas prices and being tired I’ll probably just stick close to home and then walk out to Five Rivers in the afternoon. With gas at 5 dollars plus a gallon, I don’t necessarily want to go far from home.
Partly cloudy and 68 degrees in Delmar. ⛅ Calm wind. The dew point is 52 degrees. The skies will clear around 2 pm.
I am thinking this afternoon of walking out to Five Rivers. 🚶♀️ It gets my steps in and doesn’t cost a lot of money. I like to go later in the afternoon, when the crowds filter out. You see more wildlife in the evening, and plus I like to take my mornings slow.
