Outside of Ralston and Marsh Creek, PA 14 heads through several small hamlets with rough cut farms and homesteads, where your likely to be greeted by the smell of cow manure, silage and wood smoke. Where people have goats tied out front and junk cars in the driveway, where nobody cares how black the smoke is from the trash you burn. Where people ride four wheelers in their front yard. My kind of folk, wild and free.
