A neat set of circle ramps, with the remnants of the urban street layout below before the Buffalo Skyway and the Niagara Thruway. An urban wasteland but also an engineering marvel, but probably not super friendly to motorists as they slow down to navigate the curve on that very tight ramp with privatized paid parking below.
