Weather Update – August 5, 2021
Still chewing over the weekend, but it seems like summer weather returns tomorrow… 🏖
I mean I really have the time that I could take off this weekend for Monday but I’m not happy with the amount of clouds ☁️ expected for Saturday. The clouds suggest that it would be a better day to catch the Nature Bus 🐸 to Thacher Park. But only a few more days that the swimming pool at Mine Kill will be open before Labor Day. Certainly the Nature Bus option would be more budget friendly.
My fear is that this summer will end much like that legendary summer of 1953, in other words ungodly hot. ☀ I really don’t want to be within 50 miles of Albany if the temperatures hit the triple digits as I don’t have air conditioning. I am just watching as that high pressure strengthens, and noting the record highs they’ve had out west this year.
