Just another SQL expression as you try to make sense of things. I’m pulling county tax records to find parcels of interest, cross checking against bank foreclosures and the county land bank. But sometimes it’s all just garbage what you get in and it can be hard to fix no matter the research. Yet, the golden signal is found in the noise. Good things come to those who dig through the SHIT. More awk and grep and I’ll find it.
