Search warrant 🔍 👮

One of the questions I’ve not seen raised yet about the indictment of Attorney General Letisha James was how the federal government found evidence of wrong doing – financial records are supposed to be private beyond what is public record. Government should not have access to private information unless they have reasonable cause of wrong doing and can convince a judge to approve a search warrant. Maybe it was the rent she reported on their financial disclosures and the public clerk filings still you have to wonder if they didn’t look in places that should remain private business information.
