January 25, 2023 Morning

Good morning! Already Wednesday or maybe the week is going too slow. Farmers Market Day, maybe I will get some apples ๐Ÿ to have in my office.

Mostly cloudy and 27 degrees in Delmar, NY. โ˜ Calm wind. There are 7 inches of snow on the ground. โ˜ƒ Just remember that number come tomorrow. ๏ธThings will start to thaw out at around 10 am. ๐ŸŒก๏ธ

Nice morning before the snow storm ๐ŸŒจ though kind of gray. But the mornings aren’t as dark as they were only a few weeks ago, and to boot I was out walking before 6:45. The skies to the southeast are very firery red. ๐ŸŒ…

Been trying to get out earlier for my morning walk ๐Ÿšถ which the lighter breakfasts and less procrastination help a lot at that. I may also push back my first alarm โฐ to 5:45 am so I have more time to fool around before getting out of bed ๐Ÿ›.

Today will snow. The snow could be heavy at times. ๐ŸŒจ High of 33 degrees at 11am. Two degrees above normal, which is similar to a typical day around February 4th. Light south wind becoming southeast 8 to 13 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 100%. Total daytime snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible. A year ago, we had mostly sunny skies. The high last year was 29 degrees. The record high of 61 was set in 1938. 9.5 inches of snow fell back in 2000.โ„

Solar noon ๐ŸŒž is at 12:08 pm with sun having an altitude of 28.4ยฐ from the due south horizon (-42.4ยฐ vs. 6/21). A six foot person will cast a 11.1 foot shadow today compared to 2.2 feet on the first day of summer. The golden hour ๐Ÿ… starts at 4:17 pm with the sun in the west-southwest (237ยฐ). ๐Ÿ“ธ The sunset is in the west-southwest (245ยฐ) with the sun dropping below the horizon at 4:59 pm after setting for 3 minutes and 13 seconds with dusk around 5:29 pm, which is one minute and 17 seconds later than yesterday. ๐ŸŒ‡ At dusk you’ll see the First Quarter ๐ŸŒ“ Moon in the southwest (215ยฐ) at an altitude of 38ยฐ from the horizon, 231,506 miles away. ๐Ÿš€ The best time to look at the stars is after 6:04 pm. At sunset, look for snow ๐ŸŒจ and temperatures around 32 degrees. There will be a southeast breeze at 14 mph. Tomorrow will have 9 hours and 48 minutes of daytime, an increase of 2 minutes and 8 seconds over today.

Cynthia Pooler of Focus on Albany fame ๐ŸŽค was going to have a fundraiser and recording sessio for her documentary on Reszin Adams but with the snow storm coming and the fact it’s all the way out in Colonie and no where near a bus stop ๐Ÿšmakes me think that it’s best to mail โœ‰ a check. If it had been in Albany I probably would have gone even if it was snowy, but I’m not driving in this crap or walking in a blizzard and suit and tie in the automobile ghetto.

Tonight will rain and snow before midnight, then a chance of rain between midnight and 1am, then a slight chance of rain showers after 1am. ๐ŸŒง Low of 32 degrees at 6pm. 16 degrees above normal, which is similar to a typical night around March 30th. Southeast wind 12 to 17 mph becoming light and variable after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 29 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible. In 2022, we had mostly clear skies in the evening, which became cloudy by the early hours of the morning. It got down to 15 degrees. The record low of -17 occurred back in 1920.

I am not really sure what to expect about the snow storm. โ˜” It’s probably going to be an elevation storm but lately a lot of people are saying more snow. I still am considering camping for my 40th birthday ๐ŸŽ‚ but Friday looks cold and there might be a ton of heavy wet snow to shovel out a parking ๐Ÿ…ฟ spot.

NOAA is still saying more clouds for the weekend. โ˜๏ธ But mild so the snow won’t stick around in any quantity. Saturday, mostly cloudy, with a high near 40. Sunday, a chance of rain and snow after 1pm. Cloudy, with a high near 38. Chance of precipitation is 30%. Typical average high for the weekend is 33 degrees.

As previously noted, next Wednesday is February ๐ŸŒง when the sun will be setting at 5:09 pm with dusk at 5:38 pm. On that day in 2022, we had snow and temperatures between 25 and 10 degrees. Typically, the high temperature is 33 degrees. We hit a record high of 65 back in 1989.

January 19, 2023 Night

Good evening! Rain showers and 33 degrees in Delmar, NY. ๐ŸŒง๏ธ There is a southeast breeze at 6 mph. ๐Ÿƒ. Going to warm up as the night progresses.

The best way to describe the weather this evening is sloppy ๐ŸŒง๏ธ with a lot of slush around. Just wet not icy locally and it’s only going to warm up as the night progresses. Wasn’t raining hard, so I went for my evening walk ๐Ÿšถ in my waterproof boots. ๐Ÿ‘ข

It was a pretty ordinary day, ๐Ÿข fairly busy as expected and sloppy in the evening but I did my walk. I don’t have much to complain about. Tomorrow is Friday. ๐Ÿ˜ฒ

Tonight will rain and snow before 4am, then a slight chance of snow between 4am and 5am, then a chance of rain and snow after 5am. ๐ŸŒง Low of 33 degrees at 8pm. 18 degrees above normal, which is similar to a typical night around April 5th. Saves on the heat. Southeast wind 5 to 7 mph becoming light and variable after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 80%. Total nighttime snow accumulation of less than one inch possible. In 2022, we had cloudy skies in the evening, which became snow by the early hours of the morning. It got down to 14 degrees. The record low of -22 occurred back in 1970.

I think tomorrow will be wet and sloppy โ˜” though things could freeze up but I have my doubts. I’ll try to do my morning walk ๐Ÿšถ in the morning. I’m not convinced that there will be a lot of snow come the weekend locally. I’m more concerned about Sunday and visiting the folks but maybe it will be okay earlier in the day.

Tonight will have a Waining Crescent ๐ŸŒ˜ Moon with 4% illuminated. The Snow โ„ Moon is on Saturday, February 4. The darkest hour is at 12:07 am, followed by dawn at 6:50 am, and sun starting to rise at 7:21 am in the east-southeast (118ยฐ) and last for 3 minutes and 16 seconds. Sunrise is 36 seconds earlier than yesterday. ๐ŸŒ„ The golden hour ends at 8:05 am with sun in the southeast (125ยฐ). Tonight will have 14 hours and 24 minutes of darkness, a decrease of one minute and 51 seconds over last night.

Tomorrow will rain and snow showers before 2pm, then a slight chance of rain showers between 2pm and 3pm, then a slight chance of rain and snow showers after 3pm. ๐ŸŒง High of 39 degrees at 2pm. Seven degrees above normal, which is similar to a typical day around February 25th. South wind 5 to 11 mph becoming northwest in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible. A year ago, we had light snow in the morning with a few breaks of sun the afternoon. The high last year was 30 degrees. The record high of 53 was set in 2006. 10.4 inches of snow fell back in 2019.โ„

In four weeks on February 16 the sun will be setting in the west-southwest (254ยฐ) at 5:29 pm,๐ŸŒ„ which is 36 minutes and 15 seconds later then tonight. In 2021 on that day, we had freezing rain and temperatures between 34 and 21 degrees. Typically, you have temperatures between 36 and 18 degrees. The record high of 61 degrees was set back in 2006.

Looking ahead, Ground Hog Day ๐Ÿป is in two weeks, Average High is 35 โ˜€๏ธ is in 3 weeks, Read Across America Day ๐Ÿ“š is in 6 weeks, Last Day of Winter ๐Ÿ‚ is in 2 months, Arbor Day ๐ŸŒณ is in 14 weeks, 8:30 PM Dusk ๐ŸŒ† is in 15 weeks, 8 PM Sunset ๐ŸŒ‡ is in 15 weeks, 9 PM Dusk ๐ŸŒ† is in 19 weeks, June ๐Ÿน is in 19 weeks, 8:30 PM Sunset ๐ŸŒ‡ is in 20 weeks, Average High is 80 ๐Ÿ– is in 5 months, Ugly Truck Day ๐Ÿšš is in 26 weeks, Campfire Day ๐Ÿ”ฅ is in 28 weeks, Columbus Day โ›ต is in 38 weeks, Average High is 60 ๐Ÿ‚ is in 9 months, Thanksgiving ๐Ÿฆƒ is in 44 weeks, First Day of Winter โ˜ƒ๏ธ is in 48 weeks and 4:30 PM Sunset ๐ŸŒ† is in 49 weeks.

January 15, 2023 9 AM Update

Good morning! Made it what is normally the coldest โ„ part of the year and I’m out camping ๐Ÿ• in Madison County. What can I say, I’m kind of nuts ๐Ÿฅœ and I like burning shit ๐Ÿ”ฅ and spending time out in the country where things are real. ๐Ÿšœ For a while last night that fire was rip roaring and that smoke was black! Well it is Martin Luther King weekend. ๐Ÿ–ค

Mostly cloudy and 13 degrees at the Moscow Hill Camping Area. โ˜ There is a north-northwest breeze at 8 mph. ๐Ÿƒ. The current wind chill is 2. There is a dusting of snow on the ground. โ˜ƒ Things will start to thaw out at Tuesday around 10 am. ๐ŸŒก๏ธI’ll be home by then then.

I planned to leave by nine yesterday and started down the road and realized that I didn’t know where my hat and gloves ๐Ÿงค were which are kind of essential for winter camping. So I ended up heading home and searching ๐Ÿ”Ž for a half hour until I realized that I stuck it in the cooler to carry it out.

Then I had to stop in Esperance for food and fuel. โ›ฝ ๐Ÿฅฉ The roads were just wet and salty all the way until I got out to Brookfield where they were snow covered. They don’t have a bare pavement policy in Madison County though the roads did have plenty of sand on them. I got to camp โ›บ on Saturday around 12:30 which left plenty of time to gather and chop wood for the night ahead ๐Ÿ”ฅ and set up camp and listen to a podcast then go for an hour walk in a beautifully snow ๐ŸŒจ covered woods before dusk. ๐ŸŒ† And cook some sausages up for lunch. ๐ŸŒญ

Today will be mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny โ˜ โ˜€ , with a high of 27 degrees at 3pm. Five degrees below normal. North wind around 8 mph. A year ago, we had mist in the morning, remaining cloudy in the afternoon. The high last year was 38 degrees. The record high of 65 was set in 1995. 13.4 inches of snow fell back in 1983.โ„

I’ll believe it when I see it for the sun, โ˜€ so far this morning has been pretty cool and gray. I’d like some sun, preferably by midday to top off the battery bank ๐Ÿ”‹. The weatherman promised sun for today but I’m not that hopeful with the skies so gray.

Today I have planned out a ten mile hike around the state forest, ๐Ÿด hiking the horse trails which should be well frozen this time of year. In the summer they can be quite swampy from the horse hooves churning things up but things are well cold and frozen today.

Solar noon ๐ŸŒž is at 12:12 pm with sun having an altitude of 26ยฐ from the due south horizon (-44.5ยฐ vs. 6/21). A six foot person will cast a 12.3 foot shadow today compared to 2.2 feet on the first day of summer. The golden hour ๐Ÿ… starts at 4:09 pm with the sun in the southwest (234ยฐ). ๐Ÿ“ธ The sunset is in the west-southwest (242ยฐ) with the sun dropping below the horizon at 4:53 pm after setting for 3 minutes and 19 seconds with dusk around 5:23 pm, which is one minute and 11 seconds later than yesterday. ๐ŸŒ‡ The best time to look at the stars is after 5:59 pm. At sunset, look for partly clear skies ๐ŸŒƒ and temperatures around 24 degrees. There will be a north-northwest breeze at 7 mph. Today will have 9 hours and 26 minutes of daytime, an increase of one minute and 39 seconds over yesterday.

Tonight will be mostly clear ๐ŸŒƒ, with a low of 8 degrees at 6am. Eight degrees below normal. Maximum wind chill around 10 at 5am; North wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening. In 2022, we had mostly clear skies in the evening, which became light freezing rain by the early hours of the morning. It got down to 30 degrees. The record low of -16 occurred back in 1971.

Going to be a cold night ๐Ÿ”‹ I may need to start my truck up to be safe before bed. ๐Ÿ› But once I’m under the covers I should be good. But first I plan to have a big ol fire ๐Ÿ”ฅ just like I had last night.

Looking ahead, there are 2 weeks until 40th Birthday ๐ŸŽ‰ when the sun will be setting at 5:11 pm with dusk at 5:40 pm. On that day in 2022, we had cold, partly sunny and temperatures between 14 and 0 degrees. Maybe I’ll go camping then too. โ›บ LOL ๐Ÿ˜‚. Typically, the high temperature is 33 degrees. We hit a record high of 54 back in 2002.

Camping In The Allegheny Wilds

Lately they’re has been a lot of promotion of an article about how to find secret cameras in AirBNB homes. I get it, you own a house and your renting it out, you might want to make sure nobody is destroying your property while your gone. But I think it’s generally just creepy to be staying in some random person’s home or even a hotel. While I sometimes stay in hotels or other people’s houses for work, it certainly would not be my choice if I could avoid it during travel.

I just much prefer to be camping in the wilderness then in any urban area. I like to be able to have fires, make as much noise as I want, stay up late. Chances are except for walking back in the woods and getting caught on some random hunters’ game camera, no one is going to be watching me, and I won’t be sitting on some person’s sofa with bed bugs or who know what ever else you might find in someone’s house. If I spill something in the wilderness, and I can’t fully clean it up, it doesn’t matter, as it will either rot or get eaten by the wildlife.

January 3, 2023 Night

Good evening! Rain showers and 41 degrees on my evening walk in Delmar. โ˜” Calm wind. Temperatures will drop below freezing at Saturday around 4 am. โ˜ƒ๏ธ It’s January the fun must end some day, it’s January even as our planet warms.

I didn’t think my evening walk would happen but it did. ๐Ÿฅพ Rain stopped for a while this evening. Breaking in my new boots which are quite a improvement over what was wearing but they still need some more breaking in to be comfortable. Tomorrow is a swanky dressing day at work so I won’t be wearing my work boots to work. Yeah, I’m white collared despite the kind of YouTube I like to watch with tractors and shit. ๐Ÿฅฝ

Tonight will rain, mainly before midnight, then a chance of showers after midnight. Patchy fog after 9pm. ๐ŸŒง Low of 40 degrees at 9pm. 21 degrees above normal, which is similar to a typical night around April 20th. Light northwest wind. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible. In 2022, we had light snow in the evening, which became cloudy by the early hours of the morning. It got down to 10 degrees. The record low of -15 occurred back in 1904.

Facebook has decided that I want to buy a farm tractor ๐Ÿšœ and been showing me what is available locally. They’re more affordable than you’d think if your looking at the compact to mid-size and not the big monster tractors many of the dairies use. But the hell of it is that I don’t even own any dirt or livestock yet. But like looking at land it’s just for fun. Not this year. Maybe though it’s part of Mission Fifty I’m working on.

Tonight will have a Waxing Gibbous ๐ŸŒ” Moon with 92% illuminated. At 8 PM, the moon was in the east-southeast (122ยฐ) at an altitude of 62ยฐ from the horizon, some 247,131 miles away from where you are looking up from the earth. ๐Ÿš€ At the state speed limit of 55 mph, you’ll make it there by July 10th. Buckle up for safety! ๐Ÿ’บ The Wolf ๐Ÿบ Moon is on Friday, January 6. The darkest hour is at 12:00 am, followed by dawn at 6:54 am, and sun starting to rise at 7:26 am in the east-southeast (121ยฐ) and last for 3 minutes and 23 seconds. Sunrise is one second later than yesterday. ๐ŸŒ„ The golden hour ends at 8:12 am with sun in the southeast (129ยฐ). Tonight will have 14 hours and 47 minutes of darkness, a decrease of 55 seconds over last night.

Been giving a lot of thought ๐Ÿ’ญ to what I’m calling my Mission Fifty Plan. I decided that I was dissatisfied with 2022, I’m living my life too much like a 25 year old and I really need to change. ๐Ÿ‘ด๐Ÿป I need to figure out in more detail what I want my life to look like in ten years when I’m fifty, and build more concrete goals beyond save a lot of money so someday I can own my own land ๐Ÿšœ.

It really needs to be a number ๐Ÿ”ข driven plan, and it shouldn’t be the same thing I’ve been doing all along. I’m making progress on my goals ๐Ÿฅ… although I’m not sure I fully understand what my goals are. ๐Ÿงฎ At the same time I don’t want to back slide on all the progress I’ve gotten done so far.

Tomorrow will rain likely, mainly after 5pm. Cloudy ๐ŸŒง, with a high of 41 degrees at 6am. Seven degrees above normal, which is similar to a typical day around March 3rd. Calm wind becoming north around 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible. A year ago, we had cloudy skies in the morning, which became light snow by afternoon. The high last year was 29 degrees. The record high of 64 was set in 1950. 8.8 inches of snow fell back in 2003.โ„

I think I will be able to walk ๐Ÿšถ in the morning. Which is nice. Will be dark again though but I will be once again able to get in my steps. ๐Ÿ‘ฃ I will be dressing up ๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿ’ผ so I will be taking the local bus ๐Ÿš in so that gives me a little more time in the morning which is nice.

In four weeks on January 31 the sun will be setting in the west-southwest (247ยฐ) at 5:08 pm,๐ŸŒ„ which is 32 minutes and 46 seconds later then tonight. In 2021 on that day, we had cold, partly sunny and temperatures between 17 and 7 degrees. Typically, you have temperatures between 33 and 15 degrees. The record high of 58 degrees was set back in 1913.

Looking ahead Valentines Day โค๏ธ is in 6 weeks, Average High is 40 โ˜€๏ธ is in 8 weeks, First Day of Spring ๐Ÿ’ฎ is in 11 weeks, Average High is 50 ๐ŸŒธ is in 12 weeks, Primary Day ๐Ÿ—ณ๏ธ is in 24 weeks, Independence Day ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ is in 26 weeks, World Population Day ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ง is in 27 weeks, August ๐ŸŒป is in 30 weeks, Campfire Day ๐Ÿ”ฅ is in 7 months, Halloween ๐ŸŽƒ is in 43 weeks, Average High is 50 ๐Ÿ‚ is in 45 weeks, Election Day ๐Ÿ—ณ๏ธ is in 45 weeks, Repeal of Prohibition Day ๐Ÿบ is in 48 weeks and Boxing Day ๐ŸฅŠ is in 51 weeks.

 Hyde Hall Road

January 2, 2023 Morning

Good morning! It’s the first Monday of the New Year. As New Years Day occurred on a Sunday, this would be a holiday. It’s good because it’s a cloudy and I’m bad at getting off my ass, and I did not get out walking at 6:45 AM when it was still pitch black out. But later on it will clear out and we will have weather that will be resembling the first day of spring, until it no longer feels like that later in the week. Temperatures will drop below freezing at Thursday around 11 pm. โ˜ƒ๏ธ But even after that, it won’t feel like January for a while until eventually it does. I figure it will feel like a deep frozen hell by the time my 40th birthday rolls around, and I’ll once again be trying to stay warm under the heated blanket.

Mostly cloudy and 36 degrees in Delmar, NY. โ˜ Calm wind. One week to Static Electric day, but with warm, damp conditions, I don’t expect much of a need for a static discharge strip around your arm anytime soon. ๐Ÿคฏ I am not prepared to be shocked anytime soon unless I touch a 120 volt line in all the rain we are expected to get mid-week. At least shit won’t dry out, so if I head out for the King’s weekend and have a big ass fire, ๐Ÿ”ฅ to make up for staying home over New Years Eve like a lame and poor duck, I won’t have to worry about burning down the woods.

Out for the morning walk ๐Ÿšถ at Elm Ave Park and then I will take a shower ๐Ÿšฟ and then do a quick hike up Bennett Hill and then out to the folks house ๐Ÿก for New Years Fondue ๐Ÿซ• the wonderful tradition invented by dairymen who raise those Big Brown Swiss ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ญ๐Ÿ„ to sell more cheese ๐Ÿง€ in the dairy boom of the 1970s while input prices were rising and Americans wanted cheaper food during an era of inflation. But dipping bread and salty cocktail frank’s in melted dairy fat and wine is so good. I haven’t showered since Friday morning before work so I’m do for a good scrub.

Today will be partly sunny ๐ŸŒž, with a high of 48 degrees at 1pm. 14 degrees above normal, which is similar to a typical day around March 22nd. I believe that is called spring, which appears for now to be coming early, but I don’t think we can stick a fork in winter yet. โ›„ But who knows about skiing on Martin Luther’s birthday weekend. Always so cold, but maybe not this year. Calm wind becoming west around 5 mph. A year ago, we had mist in the morning with more sun in the afternoon. The high last year was 49 degrees. The record high of 61 was set in 1890. 7.1 inches of snow fell back in 2014.โ„

Today got to boil my muzzles ๐Ÿ˜ท and then hang them to dry. I find boiling them with soapy water ๐Ÿ’ฆ helps to get them clean and tightens up the fabric to keep the COVID away. I got the latest and greatest COVID boosters and flu shots but I hate doctors ๐Ÿฅ and have zero interest in getting sick. Now if they could only bring back work from home ๐Ÿก though I’m not sure I’d want to pay for the extra heat and electricity in these inflationary times.

They’re back in town this week ๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿ’ผ so I also have to iron my shirt and polish my swanky dress shoes and black steel toe boots. I wear the black boots back and forth to work through the snow, rain and muck and to prolong the life of my increasingly worn out dress shoes which I probably will need to replace later in the year. I mostly keep them for wearing in office at my desk for comfort and those odd times I get summoned over the Capitol or go over there to snag some soggy salmon or chicken dipped in that werid sauce rich people like so I save my packed dinner for a later date. But that doesn’t happen much these now that I’m Deputy in Research, it’s mostly behind a computer reading ๐Ÿ“– backgrounds and running stats. ๐Ÿ”ข But the security guards ๐Ÿ’‚ say I look swanky and less like a hillbilly when I wear my blazer and tie.

Solar noon ๐ŸŒž is at 12:00 pm with sun having an altitude of 24.5ยฐ from the due south horizon (-46.4ยฐ vs. 6/21). A six foot person will cast a 13.2 foot shadow today compared to 2.2 feet on the first day of summer. See I know a little trigonometry, mainly because I did some shadow analysis of that movie theater for Save the Pine Bush. The golden hour ๐Ÿ… starts at 3:48 pm with the sun in the southwest (231ยฐ). ๐Ÿ“ธ Keep that in mind photographers, especially today with it clearing out. The sunset is in the west-southwest (239ยฐ) with the sun dropping below the horizon at 4:34 pm after setting for 3 minutes and 23 seconds with dusk around 5:05 pm, which is 52 seconds later than yesterday. ๐ŸŒ‡ At dusk you’ll see the Waxing Gibbous ๐ŸŒ” Moon in the east (97ยฐ) at an altitude of 39ยฐ from the horizon, 244,259 miles away. ๐Ÿš€ The best time to look at the stars is after 5:41 pm. At sunset, look for partly sunny skies ๐ŸŒƒ and temperatures around 45 degrees. There will be a calm wind. Tomorrow will have 9 hours and 12 minutes of daytime, an increase of 52 seconds over today.

Tonight will have a slight chance of showers after 4am. Increasing clouds ๐ŸŒง, with a low of 34 degrees at 12am. 16 degrees above normal, which is similar to a typical night around April 7th. Calm wind. Chance of precipitation is 20%. In 2022, we had partly cloudy skies in the evening, which became cloudy by the early hours of the morning. It got down to 13 degrees. The record low of -14 occurred back in 1970.

A picture perfect weekend on tap. ๐Ÿ˜Ž Well, by January standards, as the winter thaw continues. Saturday, partly sunny, with a high near 39. Sunday, mostly sunny, with a high near 37. Typical average high for the weekend is 33 degrees. But we know what is next, it will come, and it will be ducking cold. Yet, for now I’m enjoying the heat being off, and still comfortable in a t-shirt inside, and a vest outside. You can probably guess what t-shirt that is. That said, I probably should buy one of those Palpation Nation shirts with the guy AI-ing a cow on it, so I can be cool like the interwebs, and actually wear that one to work on a casual summer day. But as I’ve been telling myself for two years now, I don’t buy shit like that even if I probably would wear it a lot.

As previously noted, next Monday is Static Electric Shock Day ๐Ÿงผ when the sun will be setting at 4:41 pm with dusk at 5:11 pm. On that day in 2022, we had mostly cloudy, freezing rain showers and temperatures between 36 and 19 degrees. Typically, the high temperature is 33 degrees. We hit a record high of 62 back in 2008.
