There are 3 days, 13 hours and 9 minutes until the poll close on Election Day in New York. πŸ—³ Day by day, it gets closer. One big GOTV weekend, then it’s all over. No more annoying commercials, no more pundits talking about the election. And I’ll be in the woods in a week camping, just listening to the radio after to dark, listening to what people are saying about the election that just came and went. Or maybe not listening to the radio. πŸ“» Podcasts are always good too. And music.

Definitely looking forward to going camping next week. πŸ•Now next week looks kind of rain, but I’m skeptical. I think the forecast can change. Even if it is a bit rainy for a bit, I still want to get out and on my trip. I could always adjust the trip appropriately based on the weather.

As previously noted, there are 2 weeks until Regular Deer Season in Southern Zone 🦌 when the sun will be setting at 4:38 pm with dusk at 5:09 pm (Standard Time). On that day in 2017, we had mostly sunny skies and temperatures between 40 and 25 degrees. Typically, the high temperature is 47 degrees. We hit a record high of 73 back in 1928.
