Kind of a dark and dreary morning ☁️ and I had no milk 🥛 so I had to run to the store and buy more milk. 🐮 I probably should have gotten an earlier start but too bad. While I was there, I downloaded several of the S. Beers Maps of Capital Region towns from 1866 🗺 and started georefrencing them. I am planning a few different projects like comparing the property owners today. It’s always interesting to find the centennial farms and those who families who have have lived on the same land for 150 years. There is a lot of Schufelt’s in Berne going back to the era of the Civil War. 🦌 I bet they’ve harvested a lot of deer over the years.
