Max Depth: 71 feet
Mean Depth: ~28.5 feet

Access:
The DEC operates a small boat launch that is steep and may be difficult for large boats to use. Located off Route 3 at the Village of Bloomingdale. Franklin Falls Road/River Road to the dead end on Moose Pond Road. Parking for around 20 cars is available.

Fish Species:
Lake trout, brook trout, landlocked salmon, rainbow trout, brown bullhead, and smallmouth bass.

Fisheries Management:
Moose Pond is stocked annually with rainbow trout and landlocked salmon. Brood stock salmon are also stocked some years and provide an excellent early season opportunity. Fly fishing for rainbow trout can also be great in early spring, just don't be surprised if you catch a lot of smallmouth bass as well. The pond is known to produce some large natural lake trout.

Regulations:
Special Fishing Regulations apply. Ice fishing is prohibited.
