Making Bread Tonight 🍞

A loaf of whole wheat carrot bread and a loaf of rye-onion-whole wheat bread is rising in the oven. Lots of kneading done.

Forgot to get squash this week, maybe this weekend for the next time I bake I like to have as full of an oven as possible to save energy. It’s not a crisis, I took from previously cooked butternut squash from the freezer to have with dinner tomorrow.

Dinner tonight was black bean soup I made this morning. Also have some turkey soup from dinner last night leftover in the fridge and mackerel – spinach on whole wheat noodles ready to go maybe for tomorrow night.
