Small Inverter is bought at Walmart last week works well.🔌 Like the reviews say it’s a bit of a noisy fan but I don’t care as I can’t hear it much outside of the truck cap and I only really use it to power the camp lighting. I’m sure it puts out a really noisy signal but I don’t care as I just use it with the led lighting which does not really care.

Thinking of ordering more camping supplies from Walmart today. That pick up tower is handy, you just walk in with your bar code and scan it in. I want to replace that leaking propane line and are looking for a gopro mount for my waterproof camera that I can tie to my kayak.📷 It would be neat to make a video paddling along in the kayak with people seeing on YouTube the same thing I’m seeing. Great way to capture memories. While I’ve not been assigned active updating the blog lately, I’m always interested in creating new multimedia content to share my experiences.

Taping more of John Wolcott tonight. Continuing the interview and maybe starting to go through some of his papers.📹 He’s a fascinating man.

Continuing to get ready for vacation. They’re really isnt all that much to do besides packing a week’s worth of clothes as most of the camping gear is the same. Forecast looks fairly cool, I might decide to bring the heater if I have a cold rainy day for hanging out in the tent and drying off on a cold rainy afternoon. β›ΊIt takes up a lot of space in the truck but it might be nice to have.

It looks like I leave Friday night then head out to Brookfield, 🌲then from there to the Montezuma Wildlife Refuge and then down to the Finger Lakes National Forest. Things could change though, but I liked that trip going out along US 20. 📷 I’m thinking I may stop and grab some quick Instagram pictures along the way.

On this day in 1969, Apollo 11 splashes down safely in the Pacific Ocean. Mission accomplished!🚀 Good for all involved. In 1974, the Supreme Court unanimously ruled that President Richard Nixon did not have the authority to withhold subpoenaed White House tapes📼 and they order him to surrender the tapes to the Watergate special prosecutor. In 1959, at the opening of the American National Exhibition in Moscow, U.S. Vice President Richard Nixon and Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev have a “Kitchen Debate”. 🍔🍟I hear the United States wins that one.

One month 📅 from now the Average High Falls To 79 ️Degrees ⛱️️️ when the sun will be setting at 7:42 pm with dusk at 8:11 pm.
