Good Morning – October 12, 2021

Good morning! Back to work after Columbus Day. 🍂

Fog and 52 degrees at the Elm Ave Park and Ride. 🌫 Calm wind.

Heading downtown on the express bus 🚍. I am the only one on it but that’s mostly because the previous express came five minutes earlier – it was running about 25 minutes late. I was worried a bit about missing the bus as I was fine. Stumbled around this morning for a bit getting my contacts in 👀 and had to run to the store to get milk 🐮.

It’s not a half bad morning with the fog burning off downtown 🌫 and after putting my lunch in the office fridge, I’m heading out for a little walk on the Plaza. 🏢 I try to get in as many steps as I would doing the old school 🚸 based loop I did during the pandemic. Everything is so still in the reflecting pool and there is no sign of autumn in the city as it’s been so mild without a frost yet this year in the city.
