Good Morning – February 8, 2022

Good morning! Happy Tuesday.

Not the nicest morning but at least it’s mild and the heater and the bills it generates is getting a rest. I fear what the Nation’s Gird will read in the next few days and mail to me although honestly I’ll probably come out ahead as I haven’t driven that many miles lately.

It’s cloudy and 33 degrees in Delmar, NY. There is a northwest breeze at 5 mph. . There are 2 inches of snow on the ground. ️Temperatures will drop below freezing at around 8 am.

Everything kind of froze up this morning when the mercury dropped below freezing at dawn but it’s going to thaw up later. I will need to be careful running out to the bus this morning although lately I’ve been wearing my steel toe black boots and changing into the dress shoes when I get to work.

I’m getting tired of having to be creative every meal so later I’m going to the store to get groceries and was my truck. Yesterday was too icy and the roads were wet so not a good day to wash the truck. One of the first orders though of business will be to get fuel for my truck as it’s basically completely empty.
