22,000 steps or 11 miles today which isn’t too bad. πŸ‘£ Been averaging 9 miles walked per day which is pretty good. 🍏 I’ve also added a lot of apples and oranges and other fruits to my diet and keep trying to bolster the amount of vegetables that I’m eating at every meal.
