When you look at the map of the election districts that are red, you might think Albany County is redder then it really is. But truth be told, that redness is misleading as the red districts are rural and large in area but have close to the same population as many city election districts.
Hale Eddy, where Sullivan County Route 4, Lower Hale Eddy Road, Silver Lake Road and Roods Creek Road cross NY 17 at Grade with stop lights and sto signs.
The picnic pavlion at Seneca Mills has some rather brutalist looking picnic facilities, which I am sure is vandal resistant but probably is not real comfortable and eventually will be destroyed as the concrete ages and rebar gets exposed.
