July 20, 2015 manure slurry happens show

Again, Good Morning America. Last night when I was unpacking my camping gear and washing / sanitizing the cooler, crates, and buckets I was afraid I plugged up the tub. I really didn’t want to deal with the landlord, and his comments on my less than super clean bathtub. I plunged the tub and it seemed to drain somewhat. I took a shower and the bathtub didn’t drain very well. I plunged some more, and then hit the bathtub plug lever by accident, and almost instantly the shower drained almost instantly. Go figure.

It was kind of like finding my keys in my backpack that I left down by the banks of East Canada Creek this week. Kind of an awe duck moment. Or as the bumper sticker says, manure happens.

Slept in my truck last night at my parent’s house. The whole night was pretty sticky and I had a bit of trouble getting to sleep listening to podcasts then the radio station blab on for what seemed like hours about the manure slurry spreading show known as Greece. I had to think nobody is right if everyone is wrong.

Maybe next week I will take off for vacation. It might be perfect but I got to check the work schedule and the weather. Finger Lakes then Western NY and Erie, PA.

July 20, 2015 morning

Good Monday Morning as we reach the 20th of July on this sticky morning. Gradual decrease of humidity through the day, high around 87. Partly cloudy, should be dry today.

June 22, 2015 morning

Good morning! Happy Monday. It’s 62 degrees and sunny on this morning in Westerlo. Today is going to get up to about 80 degrees and less humid then yesterday.

June 21, 2015 evening

Good evening. It’s 77 degrees out, clear, and sticky with a dewpoint of 67 degrees. Possible thunderstorms tonight, but that’s to expected with the high humidity and sticky summer weather.

Tonight’s sunset was at 8:37 PM. Today, as the first day of summer, had the longest daylight. Long evening lovers should not fret. The days are going to grow shorter, however the loss of daylight at first primarily comes from the morning light. Sunsets will continue to be at around 8:37 PM through July 2nd — when we lose a minute in evening. Morning sunrises will start happening later starting on Tuesday, losing two minutes compared to the 5:17 AM sunrise today.

Tomorrow the warm and sticky weather continues, with high around 83 degrees. Lower chance of thunderstorms tomorrow, with a cool down expected for next weekend. Much of next weekend — if the forecast doesn’t change — will be in the upper 60s to low 70s. Unusually cool but I guess it beats the humidity of tonight.
