August 4, 2021 – Looking Ahead This Week

The weekend is looking increasingly nice. 🏊‍♀️

I am thinking about taking off Monday for a long weekend out in Schoharie County. Summer won’t be with us for long. Might be quite hot next week.

Other then that, it looks like summer is back for a while, although when it goes at this point, it will probably change fast to autumn. 🎃 But got to enjoy it while I still can.

Good morning! What day is it? A very numb Hump Day, of course. 🦷

I got that filling fixed at 8 AM but I sure feel like I was hit by tranquilizer dart 🎯. And to think I went to bed early 🛏 and also slept a hour last evening. My sleep schedule has been so messed up lately.

Mostly cloudy and 60 degrees in Elsmere. ☁ Calm wind. The dew point is 56 degrees. Just waiting for the bus at the park and ride 🚏feeling all numb from the filling. But the clouds aren’t expected to last into the evening. The skies will clear around 8 pm.

The bus 🚍 is running late but it seems like the driver is making up time. ⌚ Maybe the good thing about the early morning filing patch is I didn’t have to take off any time today, although I think for the first few hours of the day I might just hide in my office 🏢 and get work done but be very quiet. ☕ I probably should have had more coffee.
