Albany is the capital city of the U.S. state of New York, the seat of Albany County, and the central city of New York’s Capital District. Roughly 135 miles (217 km) north of the City of New York, Albany sits on the west bank of the Hudson River, about 10 miles (16 km) south of its confluence with the Mohawk River. The population of the city was 97,856 at the time of the 2010 census.

Giving Tuesday: The Moral Dilemmas We Face When Picking A Charity : Goats and Soda : NPR

We're talking about the idea that every time we divvy up our money among good causes, we're making a moral judgment: Who is most deserving of our help and which outcomes are most valuable?

And we're not making this judgement in an abstract sense. On a conscious level we might be picking a charity based on some personal connections — in memory of a grandmother, we donate to a home for the elderly.

Programmable voltage / over voltage relay for under $7! 

My idea being that after the accessory batteries reach 13.6 or so volts, I can automatically start dumping excess current to the starting battery so its fully topped off even if I haven't started the truck in days but repeatly open and close the doors. 

I was going to build my own of these using a microprocessor and a relay but if I get it from Aliexpress and it includes a built-in screen and easy to use button for adjustment might as well let the Chinese do it for me!
