December 4, 2020 Morning

Good morning! Happy Average High is 40 🌨! First Friday of December, 5 weeks until New Years Day 2021. Two weeks to Bake Cookies Day 🍪. Santa 🎅🏿 would approve, especially with a cold glass of milk 🥛 produced by an Upstate NY dairy farm 🐮 . Mostly cloudy and 39 degrees in Delmar, NY. ☁ There is a south breeze at 7 mph. 🍃. Temperatures will drop below freezing at tomorrow around 9 pm. ☃️

Mild but gray this morning. 🌥 A few breaks of the clouds to the southwest but warm enough to be just wear the vest and the long sleeve shirt this morning. No snow yet locally 🌨 but some of the higher elevations have a dusting according to NOAA estimates and pictures I’ve seen on social media. A year ago was much more snowy ☃ but it didn’t last. I’m hopeful it won’t be too snowy this next week and I can get out of town next week.

Yesterday despite my ambitious plans 🏡 I ended up working from home and just reading 📖 in the evening about farming 🚜 and watching some YouTube videos I previously downloaded. Today at lunch time I’m going to run to the store, do a quick wash of my truck 🚚 and then I’ll go to the library in my warmed up truck for the Zoom Meeting 👥 and get podcasts and any YouTube videos that I might want to watch at home.

No ambitious plans for Sunday but I’ll probably bundle up and head out somewhere with the binoculars to look at the wildlife 🕊️🦉 and the winter birds.
