Good evening! Partly sunny and 77 degrees in Albany, NY. After being cloudy, it’s clearing out pretty nicely. There is a east breeze at 5 mph. The dew point is 63 degrees.

Sunset tonight at 8:24 pm with dusk around 8:57. Clearing conditions around 70 at dusk with a good sunset. Also, a new Moon tonight, so it should be a good night for looking at the stars.  The First Quarter Moon is on Wednesday, August 10th with partly cloudy skies expected. The Full β€œStrugeon” Moon is on Thursday, August 18th.

Tonight will be scattered sprinkles before 8pm. Partly cloudy, with a low of 60 degrees at 4am. Two degrees below normal. Southeast wind 3 to 5 mph. Maximum dew point of 64 at 6pm. The record low of 44 occurred back in 1976.

For Saturday, a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly sunny, with a high near 83. Chance of precipitation is 40%. Maximum dew point of 69 at 8am. Sunday, sunny, with a high near 81. Maximum dew point of 62 at 6am. Typical average high for the weekend is 82 degrees.
