August 19, 2020 Night

Good evening! Mostly clear and 64 degrees in Delmar, NY. There is a northwest breeze at 5 mph. πŸƒ. The dew point is 52 degrees.

I finally broke down and got groceries this evening. πŸ₯žπŸ–πŸ₯ͺI hadn’t bought anything since I got beer 🍻 on vacation on Friday and I was even running low on the most basics at home. Also got toilet 🚽 paper, which is in stock easily now at much stores. I go through more toilet paper when I camp as the rolls tend to get damp, muddy or damaged and I think I often poop more at camp between the beer and the extra coffee I drink. πŸ’©

I was going to shop when I was going to go over to John Wolcott’s house but that didn’t happen because I had this mailer πŸ“ I was looking at for work and I was puzzling on how to edit some of the language on it. I’ll work on it more in the morning.

I have been really bad about updating the blog lately πŸ’» but life has been so busy and non stop πŸ—“οΈever since vacation came to a close. Maybe I’m finding other things to occupy my time but I’ve sure been busy. Seems werid with the pandemic smoldering all around and things still closed but time flies by. When winter comes I’ll have more time I guess. I also have a lot of emails πŸ“§ and map requests I need to catch up on. Still thinking πŸ’ about camping πŸ• this weekend and doing some swimming πŸŠπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ if I can find time.

I am a little disappointed with the graniness of the camera πŸ“Έ I’m my new smartphone, that said it’s still impressive even if it’s not a fancy iPhone. Technology is getting much better these days. Still thinking about getting a clip on telephoto lens πŸ” for my phone because it might be fun.
