Two degrees below normal, which is similar to a typical day around April 4th. Maximum dew point of 43 at 11am. ποΈ South wind 11 to 17 mph becoming west in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 32 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible. A year ago, we had mostly sunny skies in the morning with a few breaks of sun the afternoon. With the rain and wind, it will feel pretty cold. But maybe clearing up late. The high last year was 65 degrees. The record high of 77 was set in 1991. 13.3 inches of snow fell back in 2000.β

Blustery and a bit cool but sunny this Easter Weekend on we get past Good Friday. β Saturday, mostly sunny, with a high near 48. West wind 15 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 31 mph. Sunday, partly sunny, with a high near 59. Typical average high for the weekend is 56 degrees.
I am not convinced this will be a very good weekend β despite the sun on Saturday. But I’m watching and thinking π about my options carefully. It is a three day weekend so I do have a few different options but hopefully it won’t be too cold and nasty. Plus who knows how much snow they’ll have up north today.
Looking ahead, there are 4 weeks until Flower Moon π when the sun will be setting at 8:02 pm with dusk at 8:34 pm. On that day in 2019, we had partly cloudy, rain showers and temperatures between 66 and 49 degrees. Typically, the high temperature is 67 degrees. We hit a record high of 92 back in 1930.
