Our sister, Merle L Cable (1942-1946) was admitted here in 1943. She died there in 1946. She had Spina Bifida. Her mother died young at 28 years of age and the “family” made this decision. We ,her brother and I, her half sister, were never told where she had been institutionalized or where she was buried. I just found out today by sending for her NY state death certificate.
