No rain yet but its coming. That’s just how the dice 🎲 seem to roll these days and then hot come next week.
Overcast and 63 degrees in Delmar, NY. ☁ There is a south breeze at 8 mph. 🍃. The dew point is 60 degrees. The skies will clear tomorrow around 3 pm.
Doesn’t seem like it’s going to be a real nice day, ☔ so I’m out walking 🚶 early to beat the day. If I was heading out of town I would be finishing up my packing so it’s nice that I don’t have to do that. Maybe next week.
Cloudy this morning ☁️ and you can feel the humidity building in. I will definitely need my rain coat later, and who knows about the evening walk. Out at six o’clock walking just because it’s coolest and calmest then. I could do the Plaza but with the earlier express bus 🚍 being so problematic time wise this seems like a good alternative.
Yesterday got home at six 6⃣ o’clock in theevening and then went to the town park for a while and read 📖. I have this library book on the history of meteorology I’ve been reading on and off.
I had to reformat my SD card 💳 but now I’m able to move podcasts and apps to it so I’m mostly happy with my new phone 📱 now that my apps restored. I do need to copy over my music 🎶, I tried using the USB cable and that was too slow to move 30 gigs of music over. I’ll have to do it directly with the SD card.
Everything now has transferred over pretty well. 🤳 I always worry that when they make you buy an extra month of service with the new phone they won’t properly credit it on your account, but it was a seamless process this time like last time. The extra month credit just shows up in my account, so I shouldn’t get billed in June. So the net cost of the new phone is just $35 not $90 because I won’t be paying for the service next month. Didn’t even have to activate the new phone — I just swapped the sim cards, and additional time was automatically credited to my account. So I’m happy it all worked out. now that I have my apps on my phone, I’m am pretty happy with them too.
