I am up early but it doesn’t seem likely I’ll be going for my morning walk β, but I guess that’s okay as it’s cold outside. Hopefully by the evening. I can be cranky about the incompetence of town leaders but what can I do about it, a less than humble boy π§π» from the sticks. Maybe I’ll ride my exercise bike π² later and go for the walk around 5 pm, by when hopefully most of snow will be cleaned up.

Project SCORE, the world’s first communications satellite π° is launched today in 1958. Didn’t do much communicating compared to satellites today. A decade or so before the first GPS satellites. π« Of course it’s hard to imagine a modern economy today without satellite data or GPS technology to provide both timing and location data.
