Most of Pennsylvania's economy is centered around Philadelphia and Pittsburgh with the rural counties of the "T" contributing relatively little wealth to the commonwealth. 

Hannibal Land Use

While much of Northern Cayuga is cropland, when you get up towards Hannibal and Martsville, the land is more swampy and not great for farming so more of it is wooded and not planted.

Land Use – Oneonta Area

While the greater Oneonta has some agriculture in valleys and people do dairy and raise beef cattle in this area, most of the hill tops are forested with deciduous trees. South of Goodyear Lake and South of Oneonta has some good crop soils, they raise corn mostly for silage there, but the high hills are mostly wooded.

Land Use – Western Maryland

The western most part of Maryland is quite wooded, with deciduous trees prevailing. There is some dairying and other farming like meat bird production that goes on in some of the valleys, though much of this part of the state is quite wooded.

Downtown Syracuse Traffic Counts

With talk of removing the Interstate 81 viaduct through downtown Syracuse, I thought it would be interesting to see how much traffic goes through the city.
