This is an interesting firearm, while probably not legal in New York even with a pistol permit, it so simple and stripped down and reminds us the basics of how firearms actually work. Interesting to see how you can engineer a product to be very reliable out of relatively cheaply machined and manufactured materials. Reliability isn't necessarily based on a quality of material used, but the engineering that goes behind it. That said, some of the ways Ave handled that gun while dissembling it had me nervous, even if it was unloaded.
