Other End of Lake

This is where NY 421 first hits the lake, heading west on NY 421 from Mountain Camp. You could say that it's other tip of the Horseshoe. About 3 campsites, spaced 1/2 mile apart, are located on the lake.

Brasher Falls Sign

Here is the sign to the CC Dam Association / Walter Pratt Campground. It doesn't mention it's a campground on the sign, but when you go in it's quite apparent what it is. It's a nice place to spend a night or up to three without a permit or longer with a free DEC permit.

Pump Handle

This is the water pump that you use to get water. The hand pump puts out about 1/2 gallon of water for each stroke of the pump, after the first couple that you have to do to prime the pump.
