73 degrees this morning. Looking at 91 degrees later with heat and humidity. Thunderstorms are likely on Thursday and a bit cooler.

Today, I’m off to Taughannock State Park. A little bit of hiking first around the gorge edge, then down to the park for lunch, maybe fishing, and then swimming. I got to buy sunscreen first, as I used up the last of the two tubes that I had. All this sunscreen has helped me avoid sunburn while getting a nice tan. Might end up in Watkins Glen at the end of the day again, because I sure love that pool.

Tommorow it’s off to Stony Brook State Park, and now I’m thinking Allegheny National Forest. I was going to stay over at Bully Hill but leaning towards the National Forest, so I can visit Presque Isle on Friday and Allegany State Park on Saturday. Sunday is mostly reserved for the return trip home.
