Chub Pond is a remote Adirondack Lake, located roughly 3 miles from Mill Creek Road, following an old woods road sometimes traveled by ATVs. The trail runs through several marshes and is relatively flat with several rather muddy sections. Gull Lake is a 3.5 mile hike from the Bear Creek Parking Area at the Wild Forest Boundary. Alternatively, with a 4x4 truck or ATV and a dry season, you can drive almost to the shoreline of the Gull Lake on a series of designated truck trails.
