While I do worry about excessive vaccine advocacy and over promising and under delivering on vaccine safety and effectiveness, the truth is it seems like vaccination should be the least of folks worry living in our modern world with so much pollution and often under tested chemicals in common use and disposal.

There are big problems with air pollution from automobiles, factories and buildings in cities that are often under studied and prematurely deemed safe. The mix of tailpipe emissions from cars and buses is enormously toxic, even if it’s not as bad as a few decades ago. Tires become worn and dust, as do brakes leaving their toxic detritus along the road side for all to breathe.

Maybe clean living – eating healthy food and exercise can and does help a lot. But truth be told our environment is filled with toxins all around us thanks to industrialization and technology and there isn’t much we can do to avoid it. Industrial pollution is everywhere.
