Rode 53 miles round trip today 🚲

Rode the Pine Creek Gorge Trail, from Webster Road in Heise Run, Penna to the large railroad bridge crossing Pine Creek in Cedar Run near Letona Road. Hiked the Turkey Trail which is only a mile one way but gains 800 elevation out of the gorge. Plus an hour and a half drive each way. .

Beautiful day, great bike trail. Penna DCNR keeps their trails top notch, I can’t think of a pothole or even a significant bump in the 26 1/2 mile section of the rail trail I rode. I listened to many hours of the Grateful Dead, it was a very relaxed ride – most of the day too.

Most of the rest of the week probably won’t be quite as exciting but I’m still dreaming up new adventures though they’ll likely be in New York State in the Finger Lakes.
