Made it to Saturday – what a week ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

I tried to sleep well last night, but now I’m fried. I’m trying to get up and moving — but it’s tough. My head is just spinning from the week that was. Nothing serious, but it’s just so much to learn at my new job, more stupid little bull-sheet that’s just left me fried after the week that was.

Good morning! Partly sunny and 45 degrees in Delmar, NY. ๐Ÿ˜Ž There is a south breeze at 6 mph. ๐Ÿƒ. Temperatures will drop below freezing at Monday around noontime. โ˜ƒ๏ธ

Definitely enjoying not having the heat on this morning. โน I opened up the kitchen window and the one in my bedroom that don’t require removing the storm windows. The fresh air was so refreshing. Tonight though will be cool enough, I’ll probably need to close the windows before bed, but I’m enjoying the fresh air as I can.

Breakfast this morning was a big pan of eggs ๐Ÿณ with lots of onions, broccoli, corn, and peas. Probably too much tumeric but that’s a given. I’ve been avoiding going to the store to get milk, โ˜• and cutting back on my coffee consumption, so only one pot — I mean cup of coffee this morning as that is all that my milk supply would allow. This afternoon I’ll have to get more milk at Stewart’s. ๐Ÿฎ

Today will have a chance of showers and thunderstorms, then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 4pm. Some of the storms could produce small hail. Partly sunny ๐ŸŒž, with a high of 63 degrees at 2pm. 28 degrees above normal, which is similar to a typical day around April 22nd. South wind 6 to 9 mph becoming west in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms. If it gets that warm, it will blow through many previous records. A year ago, we had cloudy skies. The high last year was 51 degrees. Almost record breaking warmth. The record high of 53 was set in 1955. That said, during the second half of February we’ve had a few 70 degree records in the past. 4.0 inches of snow fell back in 1892. ๐ŸŒจ Not much of a record for winter.

Today is going to be a nice day and I want to maximize it. ๐Ÿ›  I’ve continued to tweak the derailer on my bike ๐Ÿšฒ, a constant source of frustration but I have it working pretty smooth now. โš™ I’m learning a lot about bike mechanics. I do need to get it to the mechanic for a good tune up before the spring rush. ๐Ÿ“ž I should call about an appointment so it get serviced before the spring rush. Knowing how mechanics are these days, probably won’t get an appointment to late March.

I have a list ๐Ÿ“ƒ of things to do today but heading out for a bike ride to Voorheesville ๐Ÿšฒ in the nice weather followed by maybe visiting Five Rivers Environmental Education Center for a walk is high on that list. The best weather is going to be earlier so I should get an early start. ๐ŸŒฅ More clouds and ultimately rain later.

High on my list for today is finishing up the draft of the map ๐Ÿ—บ I’m making for Save the Pine Bush as they’re looking for it but I’ve been busy and just so tired ๐Ÿ˜ด lately that I’ve not spent much time working on it. But it would be good to have a, draft presented of the map as they’ve been looking for it. Every revision it gets a little better. ๐Ÿ”

Solar noon ๐ŸŒž is at 12:11 pm with sun having an altitude of 32.9ยฐ from the due south horizon (-37.9ยฐ vs. 6/21). A six foot person will cast a 9.3 foot shadow today compared to 2.2 feet on the first day of summer. The golden hour ๐Ÿ… starts at 4:40 pm with the sun in the west-southwest (244ยฐ). ๐Ÿ“ธ The sunset is in the west-southwest (251ยฐ) with the sun dropping below the horizon at 5:20 pm after setting for 3 minutes and 4 seconds with dusk around 5:49 pm, which is one minute and 19 seconds later than yesterday. ๐ŸŒ‡ At dusk you’ll see the Waxing Crescent ๐ŸŒ’ Moon in the west-southwest (247ยฐ) at an altitude of 5ยฐ from the horizon, 226,440 miles away. ๐Ÿš€ The best time to look at the stars is after 6:23 pm. At sunset, look for rain ๐ŸŒง and thunderstorms ๐ŸŒฉ and temperatures around 53 degrees. There will be a west breeze at 8 mph with gusts up to 20mph. Today will have 10 hours and 23 minutes of daytime, an increase of 2 minutes and 35 seconds over yesterday.

I got to go to the post office ๐Ÿ“ฌ to give them $3.52 to bail out the USB cable โŒจ๏ธ I bought that didn’t come with the USB keyboard switch I bought last week. Yes, a different seller scammed me again on EBay ๐Ÿ–ฑ๏ธ this time sending me the cable that I was supposed to come with USB keyboard switch I bought. This time they couldn’t be bothered to put sufficient payment on the package so my choice was to refuse the package ๐Ÿ“ฆ and probably never get the cable or hand over the money to the post office. I’m only $17 in the hole for what should have been a $8.65 refurbished switch had Ebay not screwed me over twice. ๐Ÿ˜ก I was angry as duck ๐Ÿฆ† last night ๐ŸŒƒ but for $3.52 more I’ll have closure once I get to the post office later. I can be angry but it’s stupid, not that much money. I’m constantly broke these days with inflation but whatever, I’m also making good money.

Tonight will have a chance of showers, mainly before 9pm. Mostly cloudy ๐ŸŒง, with a low of 35 degrees at 6am. 18 degrees above normal, which is similar to a typical night around April 10th. Southwest wind 6 to 11 mph becoming northwest in the evening. Chance of precipitation is 50%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible. In 2023, we had partly cloudy skies. It got down to 23 degrees. The record low of -18 occurred back in 1962.

Too bad it’s going to rain this evening ๐ŸŒƒ, I’d love to sit out back with the mild weather. It’s fine I promised mom and dad to bake bread ๐Ÿž this evening for Sunday dinner. Then I want to get to bed ๐Ÿ› early so I can be up and rising early to go grocery shopping ๐Ÿ›’ tomorrow. I tell myself my pantry is well enough stocked that I won’t have another big grocery bill but with inflation I know thats a lie. ๐Ÿ It’s so hard to get ahead today even with what most people would consider to be a good job.

Looking ahead, next Saturday is 5:30 PM Sunset ๐ŸŒ‡ when the sun with dusk at 5:57 pm. I’m excited about that as it means I can ride my bike home after work, once the snow is off the bike path. No bus fare for you, Mr. Bus Serivice. On that day in 2023, we had mostly cloudy, mild, rain showers and temperatures between 55 and 23 degrees. Typically, the high temperature is 36 degrees. We hit a record high of 60 back in 1981.

Ashokan Reservior and Ashokan Mountain

It’s not a half bad morning today ๐ŸŒ…

Moving forward on this Thursday morning, the weekend is moving closer. Doesn’t look like a wash out this weekend locally but kind of gray again. The same can’t be said though about the High Country of West Virginia unfortunately. But that’s nothing I can change no matter how much I refresh the web page for the Tucker County forecast.

Good morning! Partly cloudy and 47 degrees in Delmar, NY. โ›… Calm wind.

Eggs, onions, veggies and probably too much spices ๐Ÿณ for breakfast this morning. Didn’t get up real early today, quarter to five as by the time I got unpacked from my trip to Wally World and lights out ๐Ÿ› it was well after nine. Plus no big meals ๐Ÿด cooking this morning, did most of my cooking yesterday. โ˜• When I get home I’ll have that second cup of coffee with cinnamon and ginger, maybe a few blueberries ๐Ÿซ, shower ๐Ÿšฟ and ride to work. ๐Ÿšฒ Bike rides so much smoother and better since I got that waterproof โš™ chain oil. The dry chain oil worked okay but not for long.

Today will be partly sunny ๐ŸŒž, with a high of 64 degrees at 2pm. One degree above normal, which is similar to a typical day around October 11th. Maximum dew point of 48 at 10am. Calm wind becoming northwest 5 to 7 mph in the afternoon. A year ago, we had mostly sunny skies. The high last year was 71 degrees. The record high of 85 was set in 1954. There was a dusting of snow in 1904.โ„

Should be a great day for a bike ride into the office. ๐Ÿšฒ Third day in the row, not too bad, though yesterday was kind of cloudy. I definitely used both the front and rear lights yesterday for safety, with the shadows and clouds hanging over low over everything. It’s nice being able to plug things in and things quickly charge with the USB charger overnight. I also will enjoy that sunlight soaking through the window as I work on the stack of cap grants on my desk. ๐Ÿ“ƒ Then this afternoon it’s off to the dungeon for a while for some darkness. Not going to be the same in the break-room ๐Ÿฌ since I’ve gotten into the healthy eating thing.

Solar noon ๐ŸŒž is at 12:43 pm with sun having an altitude of 40.1° from the due south horizon (-30.8° vs. 6/21). A six foot person will cast a 7.1 foot shadow today compared to 2.2 feet on the first day of summer. The golden hour ๐Ÿ… starts at 5:42 pm with the sun in the west-southwest (254°). ๐Ÿ“ธ The sunset is in the west (261°) with the sun dropping below the horizon at 6:20 pm after setting for 2 minutes and 57 seconds with dusk around 6:47 pm, which is one minute and 39 seconds earlier than yesterday. ๐ŸŒ‡ The best time to look at the stars is after 7:21 pm. At sunset, look for partly clear skies ๐ŸŒ„ and temperatures around 59 degrees. The dew point will be 47 degrees. There will be a northwest breeze at 7 mph. Tomorrow will have 11 hours and 13 minutes of daytime, a decrease of 2 minutes and 49 seconds over today.

Yesterday I went Walmart and got socks, boxers, and supplies. ๐Ÿ›’ They didn’t have gray socks so I ended up deciding on black socks ๐Ÿงฆ which are fine as I didn’t want easily stained white socks. Nice having boxers that fit well now that I’m so much slimmer and aren’t totally worn out. I’ve actually been tossing a lot of old boxers and socks in the rag pile lately to take to the recycling dumpster, as many have gotten holes or are otherwise worn through. Got Keifer milk (fermented milk) as something new to try, it’s like yogurt but thinner like milk and supposedly is really good for the gut with all kinds of healthy live bacteria unlike most yogurt where the bacteria is killed before consumption.

Tonight will be partly cloudy ๐ŸŒ†, with a low of 41 degrees at 6am. One degrees below normal, which is similar to a typical night around October 15th. Northwest wind 6 to 8 mph. In 2022, we had cloudy skies in the evening, which became rain by the early hours of the morning. It got down to 53 degrees. The record low of 24 occurred back in 1981.

Mice have been bad this year ๐Ÿญ in my apartment since it’s gotten cool, so I picked up some additional sticky and traditional spring mouse traps. Usually once I catch enough of them they thin out for the winter. I think they probably like all the bread crumbs and other crumbs with all the fresh cooking I do these days. ๐Ÿž I don’t mind that much except when they chew holes in the walls, and crap all over my griddle and spread disease, but they’re also annoying when once scurries off. My experience is though overtime with the traps, they’ll disappear. I could also get out the bucket trap which is often quite effective for a while until it no longer is once they figure it out or get enough thinned out.

Not as wet for the Albany area this weekend, as the low center and rain has moved south. ๐ŸŒง Instead of us getting it, it will be West Virginia, where I was planning on going this weekend, lol. Saturday, a chance of rain, mainly after 2pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 56. North wind around 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible. Sunday, mostly cloudy, with a high near 57. Still hardly a banner weekend. Typical average high for the weekend is 62 degrees.

I might end up heading up to the Albany Pine Bush ๐Ÿฆ‹ to ride trail with Blackie and to the Salvation Army to look at some more clothes, stop by Farmer’s Indian Marker and Aldis for more spices and groceries, and maybe explore the Italian or Chinese markets further down center. ๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿ’ผ At this point especially I should see if I can get some dress shirts at Salvation Army for work, or other “nice” stuff to wear in the winter that fits me well. At least it’s not going to be as wet as originally predicted. ๐ŸŒง

Further out, next Thursday is Average High is 60 ๐Ÿ‚ when the sun will be setting at 6:08 pm with dusk at 6:36 pm. On that day in 2022, we had partly sunny and temperatures between 53 and 33 degrees. Typically, the high temperature is 60 degrees. We hit a record high of 79 back in 1963.

View of the Old Letchworth Bridge

Twenty two years ago on this September 11th ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Hard to believe it was 22 years ago that I was a freshman in college at Hudson Valley Community College on that day with the bright blue skies, listening to Amy Goodman and seeing those terrorist attacks on television at my college statistics class before college adjourned for the day and I spent it just walking along High Point Road in Berne, looking up and noticing the skies without airplanes above.

Good morning! Rain showers and 69 degrees in Delmar. โ˜” Calm wind. The dew point is 65 degrees. The skies will clear Wednesday around 11 pm.

Catching the earlier express bus ๐Ÿš downtown so I walk ๐Ÿšถ in the Plaza before work as it’s really not a particularly nice day. Kind of a dreary autumn day, though at least not so hot. Certainly not the crisp, clear day of 22 years ago. I don’t want to go back to those days with all trials and tribulations ahead of me as I started in college, ๐ŸŽ“ it’s kind of nice to be in the midlife even if things aren’t perfect every day. That was quite a time, when so much possibility ahead existed, when I was learning so much and changing so quickly. I was bad yesterday, didn’t get my steps in, ๐Ÿ‘ฃ but this morning I plan to do the stairs maybe twice at work, and walk the Plaza in an attempt to get in 10,000 steps for the day.

Twenty two years is a long time โณ even if in the grand scheme of things it’s not. 14 ½ years from now my mom was pointing out I will be 55 years old and if I’m still working for the state at that point I’ll have in close to 30 years and can collect my Tier 4 pension if I decide to do alternative things. ๐Ÿ’ต Maybe move out west, have that off-grid homestead property I want. By then I’m hoping to have $1.5 million in assets put away though some I won’t be able to tap until 59 1/2 (IRA) but it’s still young enough that if I stay healthy and continue to improve my physical shape there is a lot of possibilities at that age. September 11th in 2001 seems like just yesterday but it was a long time ago now. ๐Ÿ™

Today will have showers likely, with thunderstorms also possible after 1pm. Mostly cloudy ๐ŸŒฆ, with a high of 71 degrees at 1pm. Five degrees below normal, which is similar to a typical day around September 24th. Maximum dew point of 67 at 1pm. Calm wind becoming north 5 to 7 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms. A year ago, we had mostly sunny skies in the morning, remaining cloudy in the afternoon. It was somewhat humid. The high last year was 74 degrees. The record high of 98 was set in 1931.

Listening to Where Were You When the World Stopped Turning while doing my morning walk ๐Ÿšถ around the Plaza. I’m actually surprised there is less of a police ๐Ÿ‘ฎ presence as there was in years past on the anniversary. I guess September 11th has been forgotten but then again it was more than a generation ago now – and I’m sure the threat analysis by terrorism center kept the color code green or blue. I remember that day so well, listening to the attacks live with Amy Goodman on Democracy Now, followed by that somewhat old lady troublemaker sounding Rezsin Adams who read ๐Ÿ“– from the Nation Magazine like she did every morning after Democracy Now on WRPI. It’s been decades now since she was kicked off the radio, ๐Ÿ“ป and going on three years since her passing. It’s good I got to know her when I was at her house folding the Save the Pine Bush newsletter.

Solar noon ๐ŸŒž is at 12:53 pm with sun having an altitude of 52° from the due south horizon (-18.8° vs. 6/21). A six foot person will cast a 4.7 foot shadow today compared to 2.2 feet on the first day of summer. The golden hour ๐Ÿ… starts at 6:38 pm with the sun in the west (271°). ๐Ÿ“ธ The sunset is in the west (277°) with the sun dropping below the horizon at 7:15 pm after setting for 2 minutes and 55 seconds with dusk around 7:41 pm, which is one minute and 46 seconds earlier than yesterday. ๐ŸŒ‡ The best time to look at the stars is after 8:17 pm. At sunset, look for rain ๐ŸŒง and temperatures around 70 degrees. The dew point will be 65 degrees. There will be a north breeze at 6 mph. Today will have 12 hours and 44 minutes of daytime, a decrease of 2 minutes and 50 seconds over yesterday.

Yesterday, after a few hours of cussing including on Facebook ๐Ÿคฌ and playing around with controls on my bike and some internet research, I got the bicycle shifting smoothly again. โš™ ๐Ÿšฒ I think what happened is a snagged the front derailleur cable on some bushes when I was riding at the back country at Thacher Park, plus over the past 750 miles or so of riding, cables have stretched. I think it’s good enough for now, though come the end of the year, I’ll take Blackie to the shop for a full tune up — the gears professionally adjusted for smooth shifting along with the wheels trued again. ๐Ÿšต‍โ™€๏ธ If I have continued problems with noisy operation or rough shifting, I will just take it back to Steiner Sports to get tuned up and maybe that cable replaced in the front. Sucks I have to put more money into the bike already, but in the grand scheme of things it’s not going to cost that much, even in these inflationary times. The gear adjusting is actually pretty simple to do, I can’t imagine they would charge a small fortune for 5 minutes on the bike stand to index the gears.

I also glued back together the lid on my mini food processor/chopped ๐Ÿ‘จ‍๐Ÿณ and it’s working fine after shattering yesterday, but I got looking at getting a full-sized food processor with a dough blade and a big enough motor to knead dough. I would then “retire” my mini-food to my camping supplies, as it works well enough now glued together but I really want something for more power for at home, especially if want to use it to help automate the bread and dough making processor, make chickpea and red lentil flower, larger batches of hummus, etc. ๐Ÿž ๐ŸŒ I don’t mind kneading dough, but it sure would be convenient to dump the ingredients in, have things kneaded for me without a full bread machine. Looking at $60 model at Wally World, which is not a super high-end but should do that trick with enough power, assuming my dough aren’t so sticky and far more powerful then the 70 watt mini processor.  Truth be told I don’t need the mini-food processor for camping, but I sure like the sauces it makes, and how it mills the oatmeal perfectly for oatmeal-banana pancakes, and perfectly scrambled eggs. And it really has minimal current draw on the inverter.

I am a little worried about money, ๐Ÿค‘ but this week is a pay week and my credit card bill gets retired on Friday automatically, so that will help restore my credit limit. It’s funny but when you do the Autopay, it does it the date the bill is due, so it really covers the cost of summer vacation now. Plus I’ve had more costs with inflation, high food and gas prices โ›ฝ and a lot more summer travel over the past few months — to say nothing of getting more spices and kitchen supplies for doing more cooking. ๐Ÿฅ˜ But it’s good as eating healthier is an investment in my future. And it most of my concerns are short-term, if I have to move money around for a few days from a rainy day fund, it’s not the end of the world.

Tonight will be scattered showers, mainly before 7pm. Patchy fog after 2am. Otherwise, mostly cloudy โ˜๏ธ, with a low of 61 degrees at 5am. Seven degrees above normal, which is similar to a typical night around August 19th. Maximum dew point of 66 at 6pm. North wind around 6 mph becoming calm after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible. In 2022, we had light rain in the evening, which became cloudy by the early hours of the morning. It was humid. It got down to 65 degrees. The record low of 36 occurred back in 1875.

I think I might have a bladder infection ๐Ÿšฝ as I am going to the doctor’s this afternoon to get checked out. For a while I was chocking going to the bathroom at night and having to stop so much when traveling to just eating a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables with farm stand season underway, especially all those aciditic tomatoes and peaches, ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ… but I was talking to my parents this weekend, and I think it’s best to get it checked out, especially before it could spread to my kidneys. Turns out it’s a simple test, and then antibotics if necessary. And then relief from pissing all of the time. It’s kind of bad that I can’t go anywhere these days without needing a pee break every hour or so, especially in the morning. Maybe I need to cut back on the coffee but I think I might also have an issue — and I’ve noticed some soreness since Friday.

Cool almost autumn like weekend ahead. ๐Ÿ‚ Maybe the North Country will have it’s first hints of autumn this weekend. I thought about heading north, but I think I’d rather wait for more color. It will be refreshing after all the heat and humidity of late. Saturday, mostly sunny, with a high near 72. Maximum dew point of 53 at 12pm. Sunday, mostly sunny, with a high near 75. Maximum dew point of 58 at 12pm. Typical average high for the weekend is 75 degrees. ๐Ÿ˜€

This weekend I would like to head out of town. โ›บ Maybe Rennselearville State Forest or hammock camping at Cole Hill State Forest is an inexpensive option, I know mom wants me to go apple ๐Ÿ picking with dad come Sunday. Not totally sure, the sunsets are so much earlier this time of year. If I want to head north, it’s best to take off Friday and just leave early that day to get north. That said, I think I’d rather wait until there is more color for a trip up north. ๐Ÿ‚ I wouldn’t mind a couple of quiet nights in the woods, even though the nights are much longer now, and some trail riding.

Looking ahead but not forward, next Monday is 7 PM Sunset ๐ŸŒ† with dusk at 7:28 pm. On that day in 2022, we had rain and temperatures between 80 and 62 degrees. Typically, the high temperature is 74 degrees. We hit a record high of 91 back in 1891.

Tree on Bank of Lake Ontario

A busy Saturday ahead ๐Ÿซ‘๐Ÿšต ๐Ÿ›’๐Ÿง“

My day explained in emoji lol. There is much to do today though first I’m pausing at Five Rivers Environmental Education Center for a walk and nature observation until 8:30 when I head back home.

Good morning! Partly sunny ๐ŸŒž and 57 degrees at the Five Rivers Environmental Education Center. Calm wind. The dew point is 55 degrees.

I could have walked ๐Ÿšถ in the neighborhood this morning but I was thinking with Blackie ๐Ÿšต the ride to Five Rivers Environmental Education Center ๐Ÿธ is but twenty minutes away and it’s been a few weeks since I’ve been out here. Figured check out the cows ๐Ÿฎ and the farm landscape on Meads Lane and see what Meads has for sale. ๐Ÿ… Those heirloom tomatoes look good. It looked like they had some nice flowers ๐ŸŒป but I can’t eat that. And freezer beef ๐Ÿฅฉ something to keep in mind but not for today. ๐Ÿฆ Time is tight at Five Rivers though by 8:30 need to be back on the road to be home before nine 9โƒฃ to shower ๐Ÿšฟ.

Breakfast was oatmeal and banana pancakes ๐Ÿฅž topped with Maine blueberries ๐Ÿซ and sugar free syrup. Decided to experiment using night before oatmeal – I let the oatmeal soak in water overnight in the fridge to let it expand and soften before blending with the mixer today, and also added some stevia for sweetness (unneeded) and also some vanilla for a vanilla flavor (also probably not needed). Chia seeds for protein. Fresh coffee โ˜• with milk and I added a glob of fat free plain Greek yogurt. Good breakfast.

Lunch today is going to be good ol spike your blood sugar with couscous ๐Ÿš mixed with chia seeds, edamine and chopped red onions. On the whole not so bad as I included protein, fats and fiber as the edamine is unshelled and couscous cooks ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿณquickly unlike brown rice or anything whole grain. I treat chia seeds as a band aid for all wrong in my diet lol but they’re kind of fatty too. ๐Ÿฉน Time is tight and I’m out of cooked rice. ๐Ÿ•’ Looking at the label for couscous it really is junk food though at least it is fat and added sugar free. But all carbs no vitamins at all except a tiny amount of iron. But it’s done in five minutes after boiling water ๐Ÿ’ฆ which cooks the edamine.

Today will have showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm, mainly after 4pm. Otherwise, partly sunny ๐ŸŒฆ, with a high of 80 degrees at 2pm. Three degrees below normal, which is similar to a typical day around August 28th. Maximum dew point of 68 at 6pm. Light southeast wind becoming south 5 to 10 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible. A year ago, we had mostly sunny skies in the morning, remaining cloudy in the afternoon. The high last year was 79 degrees. The record high of 99 was set in 1944.

At nine 9โƒฃ I plan to shower ๐Ÿšฟ and load Blackie into Big Red. ๐Ÿšฒ Gas up Big Red โ›ฝโžก ๐Ÿ›ป and at ten o’clock drive out to Stanton’s Farm Market in New Scotland ๐Ÿซ‘ to see what they have. Peaches, hot peppers more zucchini and sweet corn ๐ŸŒฝ are on the short list. Bringing a cooler with ice to keep things fresh. Then visit Goodwill in Guilderland to see what they have for clothes that might fit me well with my smaller size. ๐Ÿ‘•๐Ÿ‘– I’m not that hopeful, they’re small and I’ve heard their men’s section is tiny and they’re over priced – often no cheaper than new at Walmart. Then mountain biking in the Albany Pine Bush ๐Ÿšต which is allowed on preserve trails. Nothing crazy, no jumping steps or roaring through the preserve, just a nice easy ride for observing nature. ๐Ÿ”ญ

Solar noon ๐ŸŒž is at 1:01 pm with sun having an altitude of 62.4ยฐ from the due south horizon (-8.4ยฐ vs. 6/21). A six foot person will cast a 3.1 foot shadow today compared to 2.2 feet on the first day of summer. The golden hour ๐Ÿ… starts at 7:24 pm with the sun in the west-northwest (285ยฐ). ๐Ÿ“ธ The sunset is in the west-northwest (292ยฐ) with the sun dropping below the horizon at 8:03 pm after setting for 3 minutes and 6 seconds with dusk around 8:32 pm, which is one minute and 24 seconds earlier than yesterday. ๐ŸŒ‡ The best time to look at the stars is after 9:12 pm. At sunset, look for rain ๐ŸŒง and thunderstorms ๐ŸŒฉ and temperatures around 72 degrees. The dew point will be 67 degrees. There will be a south breeze at 7 mph. Today will have 14 hours and 6 minutes of daytime, a decrease of 2 minutes and 28 seconds over yesterday.

After one o’clock I want to run up to Salvation Army in Schenectady off of Central Avenue. ๐Ÿ‘– They have a much bigger selection and are much more affordable. I used to go there when I was starting out my career for affordable dress clothing. ๐Ÿ•ด๐ŸปIf time doesn’t allow I’ll go there after visiting John Wolcott but it makes sense to go before due to the location and trip route, plus I saw online they often close early due to a lack of staff. ๐Ÿง“ Then visiting John Wolcott. He’s been home from the hospital for nearly two weeks but he’s not doing that great I’ve heard so time is precious. Then depending on time and the weather and the order I visit Salvation Army a possible bike ride from Five Mile Reservoir or the Erie Canal Trail in Niskayuna. ๐Ÿšฒ Might be raining โ˜” by then. Then Walmart or another grocery store in search of pearl onions and another big bag of sweet onions, plus frozen fruit, frozen spinach and kale.๐Ÿ›’

Tonight will have showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 10pm. Some of the storms could produce small hail, gusty winds, and heavy rain. Patchy fog before 1am, then patchy fog after 2am. ๐ŸŒง Low of 65 degrees at 5am. Three degrees above normal. Maximum dew point of 68 at 6pm. ๐Ÿ–๏ธ South wind around 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms. In 2022, we had cloudy skies. It got down to 59 degrees. The record low of 43 occurred back in 1957.

Yesterday rode to work ๐Ÿšฒ after riding to my dentist appointment ๐Ÿฆท. My teeth are in excellent shape for age forty, though I was worried ๐Ÿ˜ฏ after all that ice cream ๐Ÿฆ, lemons ๐Ÿ‹ and hot peppers ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ out in the Finger Lakes with reduced milk ๐Ÿฅ› consumption but more Greek yogurt. After work rode to Voorheesville for 32 miles ridden for the day. ๐Ÿšฒ Nice evening, beautiful out at the Voorheesville Park ๐Ÿž before heading out past the high school and library then back on the rail trail.

Tomorrow I’m thinking ๐Ÿ’ญ about riding out to Indian Ladder Farms to see what they have in stock ๐Ÿ, probably apples from last year but I wonder what else. Looking forward to fresh apples come the autumn from sure from Indian Ladder. Signed up for their newsletter ๐Ÿ“ฐ last night. Then out to the folks house ๐Ÿ‘ช though in Big Red and not on Blackie for that. ๐Ÿ›ป

As previously noted, there are 2 weeks until National Dog Day ๐Ÿฉ when the sun will be setting at 7:41 pm with dusk at 8:09 pm. On that day in 2022, we had humid, partly cloudy and temperatures between 83 and 62 degrees. Typically, the high temperature is 81 degrees. We hit a record high of 98 back in 1948.

Happy Teeth Cleaning Day ๐Ÿชฅ

I bet I would have gotten a better a grade from the dentist before I had gone on summer vacation with all those ice cream sundaes, lemons and chilli peppers and not always flossing every day especially earlier in the week when I ran out of dental floss. I guess you can’t look back.

Good morning! Yeah, it’s Friday! I complained about the week going by too quickly on summer vacation but not so much this week. Mostly sunny and 61 degrees in Delmar, NY. โ˜€ There is a west-northwest breeze at 8 mph. ๐Ÿƒ. The dew point is 59 degrees.

A pretty nice morning ๐ŸŒ… though as we start to approach the second half of autumn the mornings at six o’clock are much darker. Good for sleeping. It was such a nice morning that I thought about doing a quick ride out to Five Rivers Environmental Education Center or the Town Park and walking ๐Ÿšถ three but ultimately settled on my ordinary morning walk. The air smells like silage ๐ŸŒฝ and there is so many people out walking.

Today will be sunny ๐ŸŒž, with a high of 79 degrees at 3pm. Four degrees below normal, which is similar to a typical day around September 1st. Maximum dew point of 60 at 7am. West wind 8 to 13 mph. Summer is not looking back. A year ago, we had cloudy skies in the morning with more sun in the afternoon. The high last year was 85 degrees. The record high of 98 was set in 1944.

This morning doesn’t have to be terribly rushed ๐Ÿฆท as my dentist appointment isn’t until 10 am as I had originally planned for it to be the kick off for a weekend out of town but plans changed. Going to bike down to the dentist then to work. ๐Ÿšฒ I decided to stay in town this weekend โ˜” as I’m thinking Saturday afternoon could be quite wet but mostly because I want a weekend in town after a busy past few weeks. Plus Piseco Powley Road has my name written on it for next Thursday morning should the weather be decent.

Solar noon ๐ŸŒž is at 1:02 pm with sun having an altitude of 62.7ยฐ from the due south horizon (-8.1ยฐ vs. 6/21). A six foot person will cast a 3.1 foot shadow today compared to 2.2 feet on the first day of summer. The golden hour ๐Ÿ… starts at 7:26 pm with the sun in the west-northwest (285ยฐ). ๐Ÿ“ธ The sunset is in the west-northwest (292ยฐ) with the sun dropping below the horizon at 8:05 pm after setting for 3 minutes and 7 seconds with dusk around 8:34 pm, which is one minute and 23 seconds earlier than yesterday. ๐ŸŒ‡ The best time to look at the stars is after 9:14 pm. At sunset, look for mostly clear skies ๐ŸŒ„ and temperatures around 70 degrees. The dew point will be 56 degrees. There will be a west-northwest breeze at 6 mph. Today will have 14 hours and 8 minutes of daytime, a decrease of 2 minutes and 27 seconds over yesterday.

When I got home last night ๐Ÿ› I had a quick dinner of rice and beans, with some broccoli ๐Ÿš and took a nap until eight while it rained. โ˜” Woke up and cut into that watermelon ๐Ÿ‰ which was pretty darn good. This morning I’m thinking zucchini, sweet onions and maybe some spinach with eggs. ๐Ÿณ Trying to get less sugar on my teeth before going to see the dentist but truth be told it will it will probably be difficult to get all that spinach and onions off my teeth before I visit. But my insurance pays the hygentist so he can’t complain too much. I need a good amount of fiber and protein for riding to work ๐Ÿšฒ. My throat is feeling better today, โ˜บ and my energy levels are back up. The week after vacation is always the hardest at work. Especially when work is super quiet and mundane as this work has been. No really colorful characters this week to research, though that BS session midweek about 2024 was fun.

Tonight will be mostly clear ๐ŸŒƒ, with a low of 56 degrees at 5am. Six degrees below normal, which is similar to a typical night around September 6th. Maximum dew point of 56 at 7pm. Northwest wind around 6 mph becoming calm in the evening. In 2022, we had mostly clear skies. It got down to 60 degrees. The record low of 46 occurred back in 1987.

Continuing to have issues with my shorts being too loose. ๐Ÿ‘– Buying shorts that were 38s at the beginning of the summer was a mistake as even the 36 pair I have is much too loose. At some I’m going to figure out what size of jeans I need and think about getting some as it’s going to be getting cold but I need to figure out what my waist size will be. Hell of it is I’m not dieting or limiting portion sizes at this point, just eating healthy ๐Ÿ and I keep losing weight. Funny what a difference it makes when fruits and vegetables are the center piece of your meal and the rice, meat and dairy are the side or the dessert. I might try to do some thrift storing tomorrow in search of less expensive clothing options, lest what I buy is too big or small in a few months. ๐Ÿ‘•

Tomorrow will have a slight chance of showers between 11am and noon, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after noon. Partly sunny ๐ŸŒฆ, with a high of 84 degrees at 2pm. One degree above normal. Maximum dew point of 67 at 6pm. South wind 5 to 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms. A year ago, we had cloudy skies in the morning with more sun in the afternoon. The high last year was 79 degrees. The record high of 99 was set in 1944.

Tomorrow fairly early I want to head to the Albany Pine Bush ๐ŸŒฒ๐Ÿšฒ to trail ride potentially stopping at Stanton Farm Market in New Scotland ๐ŸŒถ ๐Ÿ†๐ŸŒฝ and the thrift store ๐Ÿฌ on my way over. See if I can visit John mid afternoon then maybe stop at the grocery store or quite possibly Washington Avenue Extension Walmart is search of those wonderful dried pearl onions ๐Ÿง…they had at least in the Finger Lakes.

Looking ahead to Sunday, a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms before 8am, then a slight chance of showers between 8am and 2pm, then a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2pm. โ›ˆ Mostly sunny, with a high near 82. Southwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming west in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 20%. Maximum dew point of 65 at 7am. Typical average high for the weekend is 83 degrees.

I will take a wait and see approach to the Sunday. โ›ˆ It might go for a bike ride in the morning ๐ŸŒ… and then going out to the folks house in the evening.

Looking ahead to September, there are 3 weeks until Average High 79๐ŸŒก๏ธwhen the sun will be setting at 7:31 pm with dusk at 7:59 pm. On that day in 2022, we had mostly sunny, rain showers and temperatures between 73 and 55 degrees. We hit a record high of 96 back in 1953. Hoping to be up in Spectulator that weekend to be celebrating the end of the summer at the Spectulator Tree Farm. By then I wouldn’t be surprised if the high country has it first signs of autumn. ๐Ÿ‚

Mine Kill Gorge

This morning is a drag ๐Ÿฒ

Puff the magic dragon by lived by the sea, and frolicked in the autumn mist in a land called Honah Lee. A dragon lives forever but not so little boys.

Good morning! Happy Thursday. It’s cloudy and 60 degrees in Delmar, NY. โ›… Calm wind. The dew point is 60 degrees. Fog around, and it’s in my head this morning and I’m not stoned but maybe I wish I was as I stumble around this morning skipping my morning walk.

So I can get at least some steps in ๐Ÿ‘ฃ taking the long way around the High School ๐Ÿšธ superblock to the express bus ๐Ÿš as I have enough time. Breakfast was a bowl of light red kidney beans with sugar free maple syrup and a little bit of Greek yogurt and fresh fruit. I have a bit of sore throat this morning and maybe that’s my excuse for my dragging ass, though truth be told it’s the gray skies my struggle to recover from summer vacation. ๐Ÿ› I was in bed shortly after 9 pm and slept well but had to run to the bathroom ๐Ÿšฝ a few times during the night as I had a bunch of lemonade ๐Ÿ‹ after my evening bike ๐Ÿšฒ ride to Voorheesville.

Today will have a slight chance of showers before noon, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms between noon and 5pm, then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 5pm. Mostly cloudy ๐ŸŒฆ, with a high of 78 degrees at 12pm. Five degrees below normal, which is similar to a typical day around September 5th. Maximum dew point of 67 at 1pm. Lighyg south wind increasing to 5 to 9 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New rainfall amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible. A year ago, we had partly cloudy skies in the morning with some clearing in the afternoon. It was somewhat humid. The high last year was 79 degrees. The record high of 96 was set in 1949.

If the weather was going to be better today โ›ˆ I would definitely be riding into work. ๐Ÿšฒ It was a nice bicycle commute yesterday, although my ride home was a bit heavy with all that sweet corn ๐ŸŒฝ, zucchini, cucumbers ๐Ÿฅ’ and that watermelon ๐Ÿ‰ I had loaded into the back of my bike. Howard Street does get a bit crazy ๐Ÿš˜ at 5 o’clock but once I hit the bike path under 787 and do the climb out of the valley it’s a bit of serenity. Tomorrow I’ll ride down to the dentist ๐Ÿฆท and then to work.

Yesterday I rode close to 30 miles or maybe more. ๐Ÿšฒ Not sure though I did GPS log it. Sunset is getting earlier ๐ŸŒ‡ and I was running late ๐Ÿƒ after dinner but it was still a great ride. That said my mountain bike is so slow compared to the road bikes and it’s boring ๐Ÿ’ค to ride on asphalt but take it to the places I like to camp โ›บ it’s wonderful and it beats walking ๐Ÿšถ around town. It just annoys me as road bikes fly by on the bike path, and general boredom of the bike path, but I remember it’s a compromise compared to the great places I can get up in the wilderness. I am thinking the gravel/stone dust of Pennsylvania’s Pine Creek Gorge might be fun this autumn.

I’ve been kicking myself for not stopping in Triangle on my way home from the Finger Lakes to get more zucchini and have been desperate ever since. ๐Ÿฅ’ The zucchini I had in the Finger Lakes was so good that all I’ve been dreaming of all week is more zucchini. Fried with onions, some MSG, some pepper and a bit of stevia and olive oil it was so good. Eat way too much but there are worse foods to over indulge in. Sweet corn also for dinner and a plum for dessert. ๐ŸŒฝ This morning as I mentioned it was red kidney beans and syrup, and lunch is going to be onions, rice with peas and lentils and then some edamame thrown in. Haven’t had edamame in a few weeks, and it’s good, mostly because of vacation.

Solar noon ๐ŸŒž is at 1:02 pm with sun having an altitude of 63° from the due south horizon (-7.8° vs. 6/21). A six foot person will cast a 3.1 foot shadow today compared to 2.2 feet on the first day of summer. The golden hour ๐Ÿ… starts at 7:27 pm with the sun in the west-northwest (286°). ๐Ÿ“ธ The sunset is in the west-northwest (292°) with the sun dropping below the horizon at 8:06 pm after setting for 3 minutes and 7 seconds with dusk around 8:35 pm, which is one minute and 22 seconds earlier than yesterday. ๐ŸŒ‡ The best time to look at the stars is after 9:15 pm. At sunset, look for rain ๐ŸŒง and thunderstorms ๐ŸŒฉ and temperatures around 71 degrees. The dew point will be 66 degrees. There will be a south breeze at 7 mph. Today will have 14 hours and 11 minutes of daytime, a decrease of 2 minutes and 26 seconds over yesterday.

Tonight will have showers and thunderstorms likely before 1am, then a slight chance of showers between 1am and 2am. Cloudy, then gradually becoming partly cloudy ๐ŸŒง, with a low of 61 degrees at 4am. One degrees below normal, which is similar to a typical night around August 13th. Maximum dew point of 66 at 6pm. South wind around 8 mph becoming west after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible. In 2022, we had mostly clear skies in the evening, which became cloudy by the early hours of the morning. It got down to 63 degrees. The record low of 46 occurred back in 1941.

Another summer weekend on tap. ๐Ÿ– Saturday, a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 83. South wind 7 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms. Maximum dew point of 66 at 5pm. Sunday, mostly sunny, with a high near 80. Maximum dew point of 68 at 10am. Typical average high for the weekend is 83 degrees.

This weekend I’m thinking of either riding or driving out to Our Families Harvest farm stand ๐ŸŒฝ in New Scotland to stock up on produce then maybe some mountain biking / trail riding in the Albany Pine Bush ๐Ÿฆ‹, I think that could be a lot of fun. Do it early as I see thunderstorms โ›ˆ๏ธ and rain popping up by afternoon. Then maybe go to see John and get some groceries at the Walmart in Albany. I specifically like those little pearl onions they have, I haven’t seen them at other grocery stores. They’re like candy and you can eat them raw after you peal the outer skin or toss them in a frying ๐Ÿณ pan and they quickly get brown and extra sweet. Maybe head a bit further north in Colonie and do some of the Canalway trail but I doubt it. Quiet day Sunday, maybe Five Rivers Environmental Education Center ๐Ÿธ and go out and see the folks. ๐Ÿ‘ช

I asked the secretary ๐Ÿ—“ to schedule no meetings for me on Thursday and Friday of next week, lest I want to head up to the Potholers for a long weekend and to ride Piseco-Powley Road on Blackie ๐Ÿšต and camp at House Pond Campsite โ›บ assuming it’s open. I could go for a nice few days at the swimming ๐ŸŠ hole there maybe with some clams again ๐Ÿฆช and tons of fresh farm produce ๐ŸŒฝ ๐Ÿฅ’ ๐Ÿ… ๐Ÿง… to toss in the beer and clam broth. We’ll see, it depends on the weather. I could use some time floating on the tube โญ• and cooling in the Potholers before summer is done. I can’t do the following week as the other director is off. Right now the second half of next week looks good, and we might finally get some warmer and drier weather. One last stand before summer is done. I’m also thinking of seeing if I can work remote or take a personal day that Friday before Labor Day Weekend ๐Ÿ‘ท‍โ™€๏ธ so I can get camp set up early on Friday, then work or have fun as time would allow.

One month ๐Ÿ“… from now will be 6:30 Sunrise ๐ŸŒ‡ when the sun will be setting at 7:16 pm with dusk at 7:43 pm. It will mean darker mornings especially for walking ๐Ÿšถ although I should be able to walk for a few more weeks after then at 6:15 as dawn is about a half hour earlier and I do that most of the winter at any rate. The cooler air will be refreshing and help wake me up when those days come.

South in Gorge

January 8, 2023 Night

Good evening! Mostly clear and 26 degrees during my moon lit evening walk here in Delmar. ๐ŸŒ– Calm wind.Things will start to thaw out at tomorrow around 10 am. ๐ŸŒก๏ธ

I was going to stay home this evening after walking about ten miles today ๐Ÿšถ but with the weeks schedule ahead and the moonlit night I decided to go out and walk this evening. Making good progress on breaking in the boots, they’re pretty comfortable now ๐Ÿ‘ข but I figured give them a rest and then do my evening walk with the old ones. I’m really trying to maximize them as much as possible with inflation.

Walked out to Five Rivers Environmental Education Center ๐Ÿธ in the morning, then visited John Wolcott up in Colonie for a few hours and then stopped at Colonie Center Maul to look for reasonably priced dress shirts. First time I’ve been into a shopping maul since the pandemic. I looked at Boscov’s first but ended up at Macy’s. ๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿป‍๐Ÿ’ผ They didn’t have a lot reasonably priced. I did find one I liked ultimately. That said, I think I’m going to take a risk order online next time from like Amazon or Ebay take the risk and if I find something I like order more.

I felt so out of place at the Maul. ๐Ÿ‘จ‍๐Ÿ’ผ Especially those fancy department stores like Macy’s and Boscovs. I liked the old Sears better, but truth be told, I’d rather be in the woods ๐ŸŒฒ or a barnyard ๐Ÿฎ then any maul. The whole maul environment seems so oppressive, with so much future garbage on shelves. ๐Ÿ—‘ I guess people need stuff and want fancy things for their suburbanite homes, but I can’t imagine spending money on half the things they sell at mauls. ๐Ÿšœ Of course, that’s why on Facebook I look at farm tractors and implements so much lately. But at least they’re not all shiny and fancy. ๐Ÿš The more time I spend in suburbia the more I want to have my off-grid homestead, as simple as possible. Maybe even no electricity. ๐Ÿ“บ Don’t get me started on the television.

Later on I did an evening hike in the Pine Bush ๐ŸŒฒas it got darker out. The crowds thinned out before dusk, I did the loop from the Discovery Center past the landfills. I really don’t get up to the Pine Bush as much as I should but I don’t like driving ๐Ÿš˜ and try to avoid the city as much as possible. I would and probably should visit John more too but like the Pine Bush I really avoid the city as much as possible. Northway traffic is so heavy. Then I picked up a few more groceries I forgot at the store ๐Ÿฌ on Friday. Should be good for the week now.

Tonight will have increasing clouds โ˜, with a low of 21 degrees at 1am. Four degrees above normal, which is similar to a typical night around February 26th. Calm wind. In 2022, we had mostly clear skies in the evening, which became light freezing rain by the early hours of the morning. It got down to 19 degrees. The record low of -20 occurred back in 1968.

Tonight will have a Waining Gibbous ๐ŸŒ– Moon with 95% illuminated. At 8 PM, the moon was in the east-northeast (76°) at an altitude of 18° from the horizon, some 251,964 miles away from where you are looking up from the earth. ๐Ÿš€ At the state speed limit of 55 mph, you’ll make it there by July 18th. Buckle up for safety! ๐Ÿ’บ The Wolf ๐Ÿบ Moon is on Tuesday, January 24. The darkest hour is at 12:03 am, followed by dawn at 6:54 am, and sun starting to rise at 7:26 am in the east-southeast (120°) and last for 3 minutes and 21 seconds. Sunrise is 11 seconds earlier than yesterday. ๐ŸŒ„ The golden hour ends at 8:11 am with sun in the southeast (128°). Tonight will have 14 hours and 42 minutes of darkness, a decrease of one minute and 15 seconds over last night.

Tomorrow will be partly sunny ๐ŸŒž, with a high of 40 degrees at 3pm. Seven degrees above normal, which is similar to a typical day around February 28th. Calm wind becoming northwest 5 to 8 mph in the afternoon. A year ago, we had mostly sunny skies in the morning with some clearing in the afternoon. The high last year was 36 degrees. The record high of 62 was set in 2008. 9.9 inches of snow fell back in 1953.

Back to the grind tomorrow. ๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿป‍๐Ÿ’ผGot to make that money ๐Ÿ’ต for a better tomorrow. Like walking ๐Ÿšถ it’s one step at a time, learning, thinking and becoming a better person. it’s one way closer to fifty. Money is a key part of Mission Fifty, but there is so much I can do learn and become better also over the upcoming decade. Soft skills can make it easier to succeed beyond age 50, provide income and so many other benefits — and they are as key to Mission Fifty as saving and earning in the mean-time. ๐Ÿ‘จ‍๐Ÿซ When that day comes in 2023, the adventure is really just starting, but the next ten years, on the mission gives me a change to develop who I want to me as I undertake whatever my goals are to be implemented with Mission Fifty. Skills, life experience, are equally as important as money as I look to the next ten years. ๐Ÿ“ˆ

In four weeks on February 5 the sun will be setting in the west-southwest (249°) at 5:15 pm,๐ŸŒ„ which is 34 minutes and 26 seconds later then tonight. In 2021 on that day, we had partly cloudy skies, snow showers and temperatures between 38 and 17 degrees. Typically, you have temperatures between 34 and 16 degrees. The record high of 59 degrees was set back in 1890.

Looking ahead, Coldest Week of the Year on Average ๐ŸŒฌ starts Next Sunday, 38th Birthday ๐ŸŽ‰ is in 3 weeks, Daylight Savings Time ๐ŸŒ† is in 9 weeks, Last Day of Winter ๐Ÿ‚ is in 10 weeks, 7:30 PM Sunset ๐ŸŒ‡ is in 13 weeks, Average High is 60 ๐ŸŒท is in 14 weeks, 8 PM Sunset ๐ŸŒ‡ is in 17 weeks, Mothers Day ๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍ is in 18 weeks, 8:30 PM Sunset ๐ŸŒ‡ is in 5 months, Fathers Day ๐Ÿ‘จ is in 22 weeks, Last Sunset After 8:30 PM ๐ŸŒ† is in 27 weeks, 6:30 Sunrise ๐ŸŒ‡ is in 35 weeks, Constitution Day ๐Ÿ“œ is in 36 weeks, October ๐ŸŽƒ is in 38 weeks, Average High is 65 ๐Ÿ‚ is in 9 months, Day After Election Day ๐Ÿ›€ is in 10 months, 7:15 AM Sunrise โŒ›๏ธ is in 48 weeks and Christmas Eve ๐ŸŽ… is in 50 weeks.
