October 22, 2020 Night
Good evening! Partly cloudy and 60 degrees in Delmar, NY. 🌃 Calm wind. The dew point is 54 degrees.
It’s a nice evening 🌃 with the half 🌗 moon setting in the west. It almost feels like a summer night out back with the crickets 🦗 singing 🎶 and I’m listening to the final presidential debate. 🎤 🧓 Honestly not much of substance in the debate not that it matters much to me as I’ve already voted. 🗳
I went for my evening walk 🚶🏻 after a busy day working at the library. 📚 I’m still working on getting my GIS database to work on the new version of Ubuntu I upgraded my laptop to. That said I now have the latest version of Open Street Map 🗺 for making future maps.
I put away my camping gear ⛺ so no camping this weekend because Saturday looks rainy and I’m kind of busy with work. I did however get the extra mantles 🏮 for the lantern so I can do another real good cleaning of the lantern before the next time I go camping. I am thinking a Halloween 🦇 weekend trip 🎃 would be fun if the weather cooperates. Full 🌕 moon then.
