Healthier Camp Meals π²
So far I’ve been very happy with my healthier choices for camp meals on this first trip since changing how I eat. They have been very tasty and filling without being so calorie loaded or full of sugar and salt.
Light Snacky Dinner
- Apples
- Carrots
- Humis for dipping carrots
- Grapes
- Tofu with hot sauce
- Water
Breakfast
- Banana
- Sweet onion chopped sautΓ©ed
- Asparagus chopped sautΓ©ed
- Mushrooms
- Tofu
- Canned chopped tomato, low salt
- Two eggs
- Slight topping of shredded cheddar
- Hot sauce
- Coffee with milk
Lunch
- Small amount of olive oil
- Asparagus chopped sautΓ©ed
- Mushrooms
- Tofu
- Brown rice and lentils previously cooked at home
- Canned chopped tomato, low salt
- Slight amount of added salt and pepper
- Dried grated parmesan cheese sprinkled on top
- Grapes for desert
- Water
