February 29, 2020 Night

Good evening! Partly clear and 18 degrees in Delmar, NY. There is a west-northwest breeze at 9 mph. 🍃. The current wind chill is 7. There is a dusting of snow on the ground. β˜ƒ Things will start to thaw out at tomorrow around 2 pm. 🌡️

I went out for my evening walk 🌃 and the skies were filled with stars ✨. The breeze had died down so it wasn’t quite so cold which was nice. I spent some time working on the blog code and geo referencing old photos of Plattsburgh and Syracuse for future updates on the blog. Neat stuff ahead.

Tomorrow morning bright and early 🔆 I’ll probably head out to Five Rivers Environmental Education Center and then maybe to Huyck Preserve. I like doing the morning walk 🚶 then an afternoon hike in the hilltowns taking in the scenery before heading out to my parents house. I just like the rural landscape. 🐮
